Referral to this Doctor was made on 12/16/21. We called to secure an appointment on 12/17/21 and 12/21/21, leaving patient name, date of birth and reason for call (which was to secure an appointment). No one has called back and it's now been almost a week since the referral was made (today's date is 12/22/21). We have filed a complaint about this provider. If the provider is not taking patients, this should be made known. It is our opinion, that wasting time of a patient in pain is not good medicine.

Wonderful staff and doctor!!

Dr. Love is a very caring and understanding doctor that always puts his patients needs first.

Dr Love was very nice and listened to my issue. He asked questions and explained his plan clearly. I highly recommend Dr Love.

Have had multiple interactions with Dr. Love and his staff. They have always treated me with respect and kindness.

Recently had a procedure done with the pain management center of Paducah KY. The employees were all great. Dr Love is an awesome Doctor. I would recommend pain management center to all that needs to be treated.

I am so grateful for the empathy, compassion and skill of Dr. Love. In spite of the tremendous effort it is to make it possible for my family member to receive much needed pain relief, it is a blessing and it is reassuring to have the support of a caring doctor who makes all the hardships tolerable. Dr. Love sat and listened to what I had to say. It did not take me long to feel comfortable with him. He showed compassion and understanding with what I was going through as a Cancer patient. His staff is always kind and I never have to wait to be seen.

In my opinion Dr Riley Love is the best of the best in Pain Management. Through his strict guidelines of medication, exercise, nutrition, injections and ablation I’m in the process of overcoming the pain from broken back & failed fusion. Dr love is relentless in his care for his patients. His knowledge of pain-management is on the cutting edge of procedures, techniques & medications. I eternally grateful for him. Dr. love has been so caring and taking the time to try different procedures. I have been going to him for over 11 years! he has found a new tool neo Stimulater implant that is making my life better in just a few weeks. All the rooms are clean and sterile. The staff are very friendly caring and efficient. They are concerned with every patient. Dr Love is great and is concerned with his patients welfare. He takes time with his patients and listens to their complaints. I would not want to go anywhere else. I get shots in my back and neck because of nerve damage and pain. I was recommended to see Dr.Love from my family physician. The referral was due to the new laws regarding medications. Dr. Lives office rescheduled my appointment multiple times. I had to call and try to coordinate a day that I was off work to see him. Every time I would schedule something it would be 3 to 4 months later. Then I would be rescheduled again. When I finally saw Dr. Love he was of no help to me. My family physician referred me there so I could be put back on the level and number of meds I needed and was getting previously from my doctor. Dr love did not believe that I needed to be on the meds i was on from my doctor at my age. Even though the doctor that referred me for help has been my doctor for 20 years. Health and hereditary does not care what age you are. Dr. Love said if I exercised and strengthened my core I would not need my pain medication. I walk at least 7 miles at work every day. 7 miles at least according to my fit bit. All this is around 3000 degree to 1500 degree molten metal. I had lost 30 pounds by the time I first saw Dr. Love so I believe I exercise just fine. He also referred me to a psychologist. I'm not sure what for at this point. After seeing him and all the pain and depression I've been going through I probably should now. I wish I had my MRI page in front of me to list all that was wrong with my back. That way you could see how absurd it is that he would not prescribe any pain medications. None. After I related this story to my family physician he was in shock and actually angered. I understand that Dr. Loves office has to deal with people that are not pleasant for reasons of pain medication. I get that. However, I have a very legitimate reason to have to take my pain medication and am at a loss at the lack of help and empathy from a group that is supposed to alleviate pain. Their group has caused me physical pain and emotional pain for having to deal with the physical pain. I do not recommend Dr. Love at all. My last visit I was literally in tears from pain. He did nothing except say that he could see I was not well. I work 48 hours a week, on my feet, around very hot material. I love working and being active. My medication made that possible. Dr. Love's office seems to have a biased towards elderly people to help them because since I'm only 33 he refused to prescribe anything. Now I am limited due to the extreme pain that racks my neck all the way to my hips and legs. I went there on a referral for help and medicine. I went away with more pain than before. All I can say is shame on that man and group for their bias and lack of help for a husband, father, and working man. The atmosphere is not nearly as nice as the other office???? The young lady that does the pump is Wonderful!!! Very Very Caring We have called billing and left messages several times about our bill. NO One ever answers AND No one ever called back! ???? I just do not understand ???? The other office everyone there cared about the patient ???? even the girl in office Again the new office is very different I know they have a hard job and some people just want pills But the other people should be treated respectfully ???? This last procedure worked great for about 10-12 days. No pain at all. Pain has lessen but still there but getting manageable. Very grateful for Dr. Love and the entire staff at Pain Management.

Dr Love has wonderful bedside manners. However he prescribed me meds that my insurance doesn't cover & has been asked to prescribe something my insurance will cover & my pharmacy still hasn't gotten anything. I've left message after message w no returns. I'm hurting badly & need something to help. I can't wait til my 1 appt for injections n Feb. So the only thing bad I can say is they r not very timely n handling my situation. Other than that it was a great experience! Dr Love has wonderful bedside manners. Dr. Love is a very caring dr. He took his time with me. I spent over 2 hours with the dr. Himself.

Dr. Love did my injections and he made sure I was comfortable in every way. He and the nurses spent time with me we went over everything. I will not ever go anywhere else. Good people there.

Excellent care and treatment from the entire staff. Nurses explain everything so that it is understood. Dr. Love is the BEST!! I have been with him for 6 years and the treatments he gives work very well and keep me active without having to take any medicine for pain

if I did not have the injections to my lower and mid back I would be in bed all the time in so much pain that I would just want to die. but with the help of a great doctor... Dr Love... and the injections, I am able to live a good life. a good life with little pain.

Very irresponsible. Changed all medications after a thirty minute office visit. Side effects from new medications where horrible. Could not get any help after calling several times. Even the pharmacist said it should never have been done the way it was.

I have been a patient of Dr. Love for about 15 years and I have never had a complaint until now. Ever since he moved over to Pain Management in Lone Oak it has been down hill. I never get to see him, I can never talk to a real person, and. they never return my calls. I am treated like an addict and I have been without my meds for days at a time each month. I enjoy the staff at the satellite office in murray, but the one in paducah sucks ass, paducah is very rude and over books appointments. Mr.riley is a very good aprn and listens and understanding person.

Dr.Love took care of my husband for many years. He was an extremely patient doctor who always made time for us. He even made time just to talk to my husband as his pain increased. Dr Love made sure my husband had options of what medications to use during a certain time so that when he was in a little pain, he could use a less potent drug but when his pain increased he had the option of using a stronger drug. He seemed to know that my husband would never abuse the drugs, so he allowed him to choose the drug that matched his pain level. It was a relief to my husband when Dr Love gave him choices of what medications to use on his own. My husband passed away a couple of months ago, but Dr. Love was a life saver to him when we knew he was at the end of his life. Thank you so much Dr. Love and his staff, for all of the time and understanding you gave to us during a very difficult time in our family. Dr. Love is an extraordinary physician who goes above and beyond even when I know he was extremely busy. Thank you, Dr. Love and staff, for all of the care you gave to my family.
