Very nice on time makes me feel confortable feel better than I have in years.

Dr. Abraham is very friendly, caring, and compassionate. She provided me pain relief and pur me at ease

Uncaring, rushed, painful procedure. NP accused me of drug seeking. Found a neurosurgeon to correct my back pain. Would not send anyone to Abraham. Her practice should be reviewed by administrators.

Went to see her in August 2021 due to chronic pain in my neck that at times would lead to migraines. She was very confident that an ablation procedure would take care of the issue. So, I went thru 2 nerve blocks and then the 2 ablation procedures over a period of 8 weeks. The nerve blocks actually worked very well albeit for short periods of time but Dr. Abraham was again very confident that the ablation procedures would give me lasting relief. Well, unfortunately they did not, especially on the right side. I expressed my concern to her MA during my follow up visit (wasn’t able to see the doctor) and was told to be patient as it takes time. Well, it’s now been over 2 months and my pain is worse, my range of motion is worse and when I reached out today to the doctor thru her MA, I was told I couldn’t get an appt until 12/22/21…even tho I am in pain. What good is a pain Dr if u can’t see then for over a month? Just uncaring and I felt others should be made aware!

Don't really want to give her one star. She was almost an hour and a half late, was uncaring, dismissive and short. She did not want to listen at all and did nothing to help me and did not want me as a patient. Very unprofessional.

Exceptional. Appointment time right on the clock. Wait time minimal. Doctor and staff very pleasant. Dr. Abraham listened carefully, asked questions, reviewed submitted material, conducted physical exam to confirm x-ray evidence, affirmed cause of pain, determined course of treatment. She explained everything patiently including options. I left with not only a plan but a back-up plan. For the first time in weeks if not months I feel encouraged.

Dr Abraham was great.

In my opinion, Dr Abraham has to be the worse physician! She refused to look over my medical history and medication list yet criticized me when I couldn't remember the names of some of the medications. She made me cry by yelling at me for not making my own food and exercising. She was so rude and she ignored my distress. If I could do those things, I wouldn't be there to see her! She also gave me wrong information on when I could return to Physical Therapy. I should have waited a week but she said to return immediately. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone going to her!

What an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Abraham listened to my problem and then showed me where my difficulty was located. I was scheduled for an injection and luckily they had a cancellation and I was able to get it the next day. I am scheduled for follow up in 6 weeks.

Updated review. Dr. Nirmala Abraham and her staff at Sycamore Pain Management are absolutely Awesome! The 4th injection in her series of treatment had me feeling fantastic, So much so that I had forgotten that I still need to be careful how I lift things. Several weeks ago while lifting a snowblower in an awkward and completely wrong body position I felt a pop. The next day I had some mild pain, took some ibuprofen and ignored it. 2 weeks later the pain grew even worse, still hoping ice packs and Ibuprofen were not doing much to help, but I still hoped it would go away. Two days later I was in so much pain I went to the E.R. at 4am, they gave me 2 shots in my butt which did nothing. I called Dr. Abraham office in terrible pain and desperate for help. This is where the "amazing" part starts. They immediately scheduled me for injections for the following day. Unfortunately my insurance company requires pre-approval, which usually takes a week to get. In the meantime they got me into the office examine me and applied a large patch to help dull the pain. Some how her awesome medical staff was able to get pre-approval in 24 hours and scheduled me for the procedure in 36 hours. Dr. Abraham and her awesome staff truly do care. Not only are they truly sympathetic to a patients misery, their actions are proof this team of healers are driven by empathy. If you read anything other than positive comments about Sycamore Pain Management, it's total bunk! Original review: Dr. Abraham is Fantastic. I just completed my 4th treatment and I feel GREAT! The injection on my first treatment was something else. She was right on the money with her accuracy. I won't lie; it hurt like hell, but only for about 8 seconds and very quickly dissipated. I had almost immediate relief although there was an odd, hard to describe mild discomfort for a few hours. I think it's just from a having a needle penetrate that deep, it too goes away in a few hours. The first injection removed 90% of main nerve pain. I have not had any reoccurrence of the pain shooting from my back to my toe since. Each subsequent treatment was easier and with much less brief pain from the previous. My latest shot (4th), I felt hardly a tingle which tells me she has relieved me of nearly all my pain. Yes, nearly all. I would stay I am 97% pain free and love the results. I honestly expected maybe slight relief, how wrong was I. Dr. Abraham is a legit Pain Management doctor, NOT one of those bull$hit Pill mill places. The staff was very nice . But the Dr. doesn't seem to care as much about taking on new pt. She wasn't listening. I was referred to her because I moved and couldn't continue traveling over an hour to see my prior pain specialist. I wanted to be in the Kettering Network because all my other doctors and care received at Kettering were amazing. She insisted that i continue to go to my old doctor didn't want to listen to facts! Being out of my insurance network was costing a small fortune. They requested MRI and x- rays I expected her to say she would schedule for my back after review of the MRI but she kept insisting she probably wouldn't take care of my back even after review of the MRI. Wow I felt stereo typed and wouldn't let her touch my back after this meeting for my knee pain. Because of her attitude. Not a caring Dr. at all. The staff was very nice .
