never got to see the doctor. said i would see him right before my procedure. How can a dr build trust without meeting you? I don't like being treated like an animal. Office was horrible. they drove the patients crazy in the waiting room with an advertisement on a tv that played over and over. Everybody complained but they said they had to play it to drown out noise. I let them schedule a procedure but going to try to find a dr that cares and also trained in America.

they never answer the phone ... very long wait time in waiting room... staff is rude... dont go if youre a young person with tattoos because all they do is ASSUME you have hep a b and c not taking into consideration you have a family medical condition that causes the same results and they keep pushing you to take blood work to prove you dont have hep a b and c just because you have tattoos ... and takes them forever to get results to you and they never return phone calls ... awfullest place to ever go ... plus you never see the doctor unless you go for surgery they never answer the phone ... very long wait time in waiting room... staff is rude... dont go if youre a young person with tattoos because all they do is ASSUME you have hep a b and c not taking into consideration you have a family … More

Waited for over an hour for my appointment, thought I was seeing a MD., But was seen by a physician's assistant, Rennee Rennick, who was called Dr. by staff, she was rushed, unprofessional, and didnt ask any relevant questions, she just looked at 14 year old records & scheduled 2 invasive tests. She had an attitude when I said that I needed this done in hospital due to my health. Ms. Rennick was dressed for clubbing, short skirt, tight blouse, high heels, and big hair. Can't take her seriously.
