Called to try and set up a new appointment, office staff was incredibly rude and needed a serious attitude adjustment. Not what a new patient wants to hear upon a first call.

This doctor brought me to tears on more than one occasion.

Office staff was incredibly rude and needed a serious attitude adjustment. I simply called to try and set up an appointment as a new patient and was immediately on the receiving end of an office woman's bad attitude.

Doctor (4), staff horrible (-0). Staff not responsive to patient needs and Doctors orders. They act as though you are interrupting them, giving the impression they don't care, don't want to help you. Have been told Solis has had patients voice this with her and yet the problem continues. Poor management of practice. Stay if you like poor patient care. Go anywhere else would be better. Dr. Solis cares about her patients. I feel she understands what my issues are and how to treat.

Very impressed by Dr. Solis willingness to listen. Also, she had reviewed our charts before entering room. Answered all our concerns and questions. So pleased we decided to enter this medical group

Dr. Solis is a fantastic doctor, she listens to your needs and then gives you sound advice. If you need a referral she is on top of your needs. Dr. Solis is an awesome doctor.

Dr Solis is personable, professional and caring, attentive to the whole patient, not just the symptoms. She listens, asks pertinent questions and partners rather than dictates on health care.
