I was told I need a teeth pulled and I have Medicaid but he told me that I would have to pay to have my teeth pulled cause Medicaid does not paid to pull teeth!!!! But every one knows with Medicaid pay for that and the cleaning if you over the age of 25 so I didn’t know if he thought he had a fool are I don’t know what they thought ?? but they had me mess up cause I know what they pay for and don’t.

I went in to have an extraction he would not extracted before taking antibiotics it was not infected in any kind of way I told him I had pain and he wants to advise me to take over the counter pain medicine and instead of giving me a narcotic to knock out the pain.I was not happy with him

Dr. underwood is great it's the office manager-staff that I have an issue with. Beware-I was given a price-not an estimate- I asked twice before having the work done- I paid what they said was owed & Months later I'm in for a cleaning & told I owe a bal for the very work due to wrong price given by them & the off mgr refused to accept this was an oversight on their bhalf-want me to pay $148 more. Don't trust what they say- Ck your ins 1st so u won't get hoodwinked. 4 this reason I dont recommend

Very unprofessional. He did faulty dental work , veneers and bridge and now I have to pay $36,000 to get my mouth fixed. He is not to be trusted. Officer manager is very unprofessional .

Had tooth removal done. I should have known would be lots problems took almost a hour and half get one tooth out. When tooth started healing I was able to feel some of tooth still there. I called him to get antibiotics till I can come in he goes off on me and he was problem. Do not trust him in your mouth to do anything. I will not go back to him for any other procedures or recommend him to anyone.

Broke a file while doing root canal, and left it in but did not inform me. Apparently he didn't seal it properly or medicate it. Finally today another dentist told me I was going to have to have it removed. On one of my visits to Underwood I sat in the chair more than an hour, right across from the receptionist's desk. No other patients came in during that time, and finally I just got up and left. They apologized and said they were busy but I'm not sure Underwood was even there.
