Reviews for Dr. Omar Leonel Caban
This place is absolutely crazy with their wait time and scheduling. Really sucks because Dr. Caban was highly recommended. They can’t keep up with their patients, you shouldn’t overbook the day if you know you have a lot of walk ins. When you have an appointment I don’t think you should wait an hour to be seen.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible I have had multiple bad experiences along with extremely long waits to be seen with an appointment. I had a bad experience getting referrals done correctly, getting medication sent out and not being able to call their office is so frustrating. These experiences have been for both adults and a child. I would not recommend. They do not have the capacity for everyone or care to make sure everything is done correctly.
The providers are really great and most of the nurses are nice. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The last two times we went in, we waited 45-60min past our appointment just to have vitals taken. Waiting room is packed and uncomfortable. The facility itself was not designed for healthcare- the vitals room is tiny and packed full of equipment, hallway is narrow, no separate waiting areas for sick and well patients. Virtually impossible to speak to anyone in person on the phone. Everything goes through their answering service. I really want to like this place because of the providers, but all the other issues make it impossible.
The staff here are amazing! They make me feel listened to. They give you the medical freedom to choose what you think is best for your child and I think that’s how every doctors office should be! One dislike is how small the building is, hopefully one day they can get a nice upgrade they deserve! I drove from asheboro and will be coming back!

I am so incredibly disappointed in this practice. I used to sing praises about Phycinity and Dr. Caban, and unfortunately I have no confidence in care from here anymore.
This office started okay when we moved here and has continuously gone downhill. I do not feel like primary care patients have any priority over walk-ins. If you send anything through the portal, it will take weeks (s) for documents to be returned and follow-ups ignored. The office itself has become less appealing and has grown to be unkept. It is a small space with a large number of patients being seen. I have held on so long because the NPs are great, but I can't deal with the disorganization and lack of caring about the patient's time or needs anymore.
Update as of February 2023: I will say the last appoints my two daughters had went much more smoothly. No longer packed waiting area and the front desk actually answers the calls rather than an answering service. Not sure what was going on before, but thank you for the step in the right direction Phycinity I absolutely love Dr. Caban and most the providers we have seen here. However, the last few times we’ve come in for JUST vaccines, so just a nurse visit that takes 5min tops. Show up 10-15min before appointment and aren’t seen for 1+ hrs. This used to just be a pediatrics, and once they opened urgent care to not just pediatric, but anyone it’s become a complete mad house. And to mirror what others have said, the answering service is frustrating if you’re trying to get your sick kid in. Not sure what happened, but things have been extremely disappointing
Terrible experience. Never saw the actual doctor and the place was so dirty and they rushed you the whole time
If you love your kids, don’t come here. What about your sanity? Don’t come. Are you an adult and made the completely wrong decision of seeking care here? CANCEL IT. My Google care searches have helped more, and they were a hell of a lot quicker. If you want to sit in the waiting room an hour past your appointment and listen to kids screaming being poked and prodded with vaccines then this is the place for you.
If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot wait to get my daughter another drs office. She had an appointment for an adhd follow up, I wasn’t told the day before that I needed to bring her back the next day because I was just told to bring the papers back. I have already informed these people she has severe autism and possibly adhd which is why we’re trying to get help from this place. I waited almost a hour past the appointment time the day before and it was a nightmare trying to get her to calm down. That’s the whole point of me making appointments, so we can be seen on time. So anyway I had called them and left a message almost two hours before my appointment I get a call back as I’m pulling up to the place saying she needs to be with me again. So I told her ok well I need to go get her. She said to me ok go grab her and bring her back there’s no wait. I get there to be told the appointment is canceled. After I just told them how hard it is to have her out of the house. Whoever is at the front desk with the brown hair needs to be fired. Honestly. That was unacceptable, and she obviously has no clue what she’s doing. Every time I come here with an appointment they’re a hour behind, or just have no clue what’s going on. Really have been going downhill, I used to recommend Dr. Caban to everyone, now I won't recommend them at all and am thinking about a new doctor. EVERY time I go there I wait for about an hour, then I have to be seen and I have to wait for everything. They require I go there for ANYTHING.
Probably one of the worst pediatricians in the area. The front desk staff acts like they doesn’t know what’s going on. The so called send medical bills to me but I never receive them. Be careful with this place and stay on top of your appointments.
The answering service deterred me from even making an appointment. I called and she couldn't answer any of my questions and was slightly rude. I called to speak with someone knowledgeable of the doctors office so I wouldn't waste my time but instead I got someone who just simply stated they are an answering service that is all and they could take a message... not a good first impression for this doctors office.. They are the best! I switched to Phycinity over 1.5 years ago after receiving poor care from KidzCare in Fayetteville for my premie daughter, and we haven’t looked back since! They really have gone the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of have gone far beyond my expectations! My daughter had some medical issues that required frequent visits, and Dr. Caban, Alex, Hanna, Amanda, and the rest of his staff were amazing in delivering the care she needs! This office is an absolute pain to deal with at all times. It is impossible to speak with a nurse without having to go through their answering service first. The answering service is incompetent. When you do finally get ahold of a nurse forget trying to ask them about even the simplest of health concerns. They push telehealth visits down your throat like no tomorrow. My most recent experience I asked for a specific doctor and the nurses rescheduled me so I could see that doctor. I get there and of course did not get to see that dr and was seen by someone else. This office has no organization nor do they have the ability to keep their word. 9/10 front desk staff and nurses are short, rude, and uncaring.

We are a military family and so finding a great doctor and nurse is a priority for my husband and I. We chose Dr.Caban just because of that reason. Dr.Caban is patient, understanding, kind and listens to my concerns. One particular appointment Dr.Caban weren’t available to see my son so we took a chance on the nurse practitioner Hanna Bates and she was just as great! Hanna went above and beyond to contact me concerning my son health needs. Hanna is knowledgeable about my child’s medical needs, she seems to love what she does and models awesome healthcare professionalism. The only reason why I’m giving a 4 star is due to the front office staff customer service. I will not go into further detail concerning this because I’m sure they will work on that. Almost three years of care here with our family!! Amazing doctors, nurses, and staff. Always go above and beyond for our family and we couldn’t be happier !!
do not recommend. the doctors are great, however, the front desk staff and telephone answering service is what made me make the switch to a different pediatrician. also i took my toddlers up to the clinic for a “sick” walk-in and waited 2 hours to ever get seen by anyone and whenever we were seen it was all rude staff.
I switched to this clinic bc everyone recommended them, however, I went in on Thursday for my newborns weight check and a bilirubin check. Weight was low so they gave us formula and had us schedule a follow up appointment for Saturday (2 days later). Went back Saturday for the follow up for my newborn baby. Bilirubin was elevated from Thursday’s test so they sent us to the hospital for labs. Said we’d get a call same day since the level was high enough to need a UV blanket THAT DAY if my newborn tested high again. It’s now end of day Wednesday and still haven’t received a call. I’ve called and left a message with the nurse on Saturday and the front desk today. Still no call. I’m not impressed. Will be switching to another pediatrician office. Absolutely horrible. Don’t know where to begin. Stuck waiting there for almost 3 hours, yet it was hardly busy. Only had 3 people in front of me. They were mixing people up. Heard one of the nurses come out and check the front desk computer to see if she called out the right name, turned out she didn’t. Then they charged me the wrong price, she said $75 for my son’s strep test and the doctor came out to correct her when he heard her. Told her it was $25. Then he didn’t even have my son’s files or results. He went looking with the nurse. I then went to the pharmacy afterwards and they said they didnt see a prescription, gave it a hour. Still nothing. Couple hours after. Still nothing. And as I write this review still no prescription. I also called the clinic and no answer. I still right now do not have my son’s prescription. Smh NEVER again. Never ever again. Worst place I have ever been to. Definitely will not recommend nor bring my son back. Absolutely horrible. Don’t know where to begin. February 21,2022 My kid started running a fever at 3:30 pm today so I called this office to see when their soonest appointment was. The answering service told me tomorrow but that they had walk in hours today. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow just in case. I then drove over to clinic at 4:10 for the walk in hours and no one was there and business was closed. The answering service has no idea what is going on with the doctor’s office but to be fair I don’t think the doctor’s office has any idea what the answering service is saying either. January 18, 2022 I have a love/hate relationship with this doctor’s office. I love the nurse practitioners and the doctor (the two times we have gotten to see him) but I absolutely cringe every time I call this office and have to speak to the answering service. I wish I could talk to the office directly. This morning I called (just to check and see if I could possibly get a sick child appointment) today or early tomorrow. They had a few at 4:15pm or later the following day. I quickly chose the 4:15 appointment and was asked more questions. Answering service guy says oh I am sorry you lost the 4:15. Do you want to take 4:30 appointment? I said okay. He proceeds to ask me more questions (Info you should already have on file) and unsurprisingly I lost the 4:30 appointment. He then asked me if I wanted the 4:45 appointment. I said no and asked him to cancel everything!!! I went to Walgreens and cvs websites and found an appointment at cvs for 10:20 (just an hour and and thirty mins later than the current time) and booked that. Every time I try to get a sick child appointment at this office it’s always 2 plus days (this time was the exception minus the fact that I kept losing the appointment I claimed with info that should be on file being asked) before there is an appointment available and I always end up going to cvs or Walgreens care clinics. While my 6 year old can get away with this… my 1 year old can’t because under 2 is often refused to be seen by these other care clinics. This answering service is absolutely AWFUL (speaking of multiple calls and not just this one) and I have considered changing pediatricians bc of this and the fact that I can never get a sick appointment in a timely manner. I can understand having an answering service after hours but during office hours is unnecessary. I absolutely love the practitioners (they are so personable and attentive) but I just can’t recommend this place to anyone. I have no idea why this practice is expanding to other cities like Raleigh… I feel like they can’t handle the volume they have in Cameron. Dr. Omar Caban, MD & his team of physician assistants, nurses, assistants are amazing! Dr. C treats you like family when you see him & always takes what you think & say into consideration. Getting paperwork processed or records is a pain though & if you need to request anything & need it sooner than 30 days you have to have the doctor get it done for you which requires an appointment. Super frustrating when you have to take your child for numerous specialty appointments. If your sees a specialists you also have to have them prescribe all meds that pertain to your child’s symptoms that they’re seeing them for because once you’ve established care with the specialist, Phycinity won’t write scripts unless it’s a new condition or something that’s not being over seen by a different physician. I’m not trying to bad talk them, I just want this post to help people understand the processes that Phycinity has. My son went to Phycinity from birth up until we had to relocate for the military, about 18 months, and his care there was awesome. I always felt comfortable asking questions and listened to, and was always able to get my son seen quickly if need be. It’s been over two years since I’ve moved to two different states and have had 4 different pediatricians other than Dr Caban. No other pediatrician has yet to impress me as much as Dr Caban and his staff in two years since we’ve regrettably had to relocate in 2019. I first took my daughter to phycinity in 2017 early one morning when I was on my way BACK to the ER with a sick baby who had been dismissed by linden oaks with HFM, and Womack ER after 6 hours and sent home with a prescription of a Tylenol dosage that was so microscopic that her fever was nearly causing her seizures over night. I was a new mother away from family and a deployed husband. Dr Caban listened to me that morning more than any doctor had since we’d been stationed at Bragg. Within minutes, he was able to give her the correct medication and bring her fever down and correctly diagnose her. For the next two years I took my daughter to this facility ONLY. Every time we left, I was hopeful that things were going to be okay and my anxiety had been eased. Not only did dr Caban treat my daughter, but he also cared about us. He cared about me as a new parent and understood all of my worries. His staff was never anything but polite and always treated me us as a priority and never just another patient or number. I hardly ever write reviews, and I’m two years late on this one but I’m yet on another search for a pediatrician or facility that even remotely compares to here. So BE WARNED. If you ever decide to visit Phycinity, they will set the standard for your baby’s health care so high that it will be nearly impossible to ever find one you like again. Once you receive good treatment, you know what it’s like and what doctors are SUPPOSED to be. If you’re new to the area, forget all the other places. Take your kiddos here. They deserve the best, and that’s exactly what we got. We’re forever thankful for Dr Caban and his staff. We have been using Dr. Caban since he opened his office. We have never had anything but excellent care and service. Dr. Caban and his staff go above and beyond and make you feel very comfortable when you are there. If you are looking for a pediatric care facility, Phycinity should be your first stop.
I like the doctors at this place but I needed my son to be seen for an urgent care visit today and they close at 6 PM and when I came in at 5:15 for my son to be looked at they sent me away said they were not taking any more patients after 5 PM! Now if you’re an urgent care clinic that should not be the case! I should not be turned away because they don’t want to see somebody else today even though their clinic is open till 6 PM so I am very frustrated and think that they need to change that. It was not busy. Seems like they were more worried about getting out than helping. It would’ve literally taken them 10 minutes to do his vitals and look at him all I know is that he needs an anabiotic and I could’ve started it tonight. As a mom who takes her oldest son to this doctor as his primary care DR (who is great) it seems like the only way to get in is if you have an appointment but when it’s an urgent care matter it’s not the greatest place to be at. Your either waiting a long time (which is fine as long as I can be seen that day) but being completely turned away is very sad. First time taking my 8-month-old daughter here and we saw nurse practitioner Hannah. She was absolutely fabulous! We were seen and out the door in 30 min. Very, very pleased with our visit!
Not sure why all of the one-star reviews, but I just switched all three of my children to Phycinity from Kidzcare. I requested an appointment through the website and had two appointments scheduled back to back relatively quickly for my two youngest kids. Alex, the PA, did their wellness checkup on them, and he was WONDERFUL and very interacting! Never have we ever had someone so caring. He even wanted an x-ray done of my son's head that I've been asking about for two years now with other providers! Even the ladies behind the desk and in the back were super friendly, kind, and caring! So glad I made the switch! I love this place for my kids! We actually were going to a doctor in Fayetteville for my oldest, but we have switched her over to here along with taking my newborn. They are very thorough, and I love their approach on health. They are more about preventing and keeping you healthy as oppose to automatically giving you a shot or prescription. They are more of a holistic approach on your health, which I love! Everyone we have seen there have always been thorough and friendly. This place is a 35 minute drive for us, but we would drive further away if we needed because that’s how much we like this place and trust them with our kid’s health. I love this place for my kids! The worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office!
I will not be back-- terrible customer service & lack of communication from staff. They will make you wait an hour+ and will not say sorry or be sympathetic about it.
If you have a job, dont bother. They are only open a few hours a day 9-4:30 (during work hours) and are closed on the weekends and you have to have an appointment to be seen.. Should not be considered an urgent care at all.

I think if they invested in a good receptionist or front desk staff, much of the pain points with Phycinity could be alleviated. When you call, you will pretty much always get an answering service. Also, if by some chance you do ever reach the front desk you will likely be put on a lengthy hold before being hung up on. Since when are doctors unwilling to see sick patients? Since when are doctors too afraid to see a child with a fever and a sore throat? Did contagious illnesses not exist before COVID19? I have tried to have two of my children examined during the past year when they have been sick. Instead of seeing them, the doctor has asked me to examine my children and tell them the findings. I really tried to stick out all the issues this office has because of the great doctors. I just couldn’t take it anymore. Getting ahold of anyone is almost impossible. About 40% of the time you get a message that says, the magic jack customer your trying the reach is unavailable. Then when it actually rings, you get put on hold and MOST of the time after a long wait, they hang up on you. Then if you ever get anyone on the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. My son has needed different types of referrals and weeks go by and I don’t hear anything. I finally call them, they tell me I should call the referral office directly, I do it, they tell me they never received a referral. This has happened more than a few times. Other times they don’t even refer us to the right place. My son needed a therapist referral and after WEEKS of waiting, I finally call Phycinity to see what the hold up is and they apologize and give me the number to call directly. I call and the lady on the phone asks for my sons age, they tell me they don’t see patients under 16 and that it’s an orthopedic office they referred me too...... Really wanted to like this office but the only positive thing I have to say is how great Dr.Alex is. Twice I’ve been told I had to wait in my car because the waiting room was “full”, yet both times from my car I’ve watched family’s who came in after me be allowed to sit in the lobby. I have an infant and front parking is very limited, making us walk in the rain to and from my car is unacceptable. Yes I had an appointment both times, both times I waited nearly 1 hour after I was scheduled. Today I never even got a call to come in from the car, after waiting 45 mins I called only to be hung up on. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to come right in, the Lobby was full of families that all came in after me yet I was given no explanation on why I had to wait in the car while they were all welcome with open arms. It took 4 separate employees to provide care for my daughter, one of which was a medical STUDENT who provided “care” completely alone- not sure how that’s legal or if it even is. What should’ve been simple shots and a measurement update ended up taking 2 hours, my commute is 1 hour. Any doctor will know 3 hours is well over an infants wake window. Sad, just a very sadly run office. Really wanted to like this office but the only positive thing I have to say is how great Dr.Alex is. Twice I’ve been told I had to wait in my car because the waiting room was “full”, yet both times from my car I’ve watched family’s who came … More
They're almost impossible to get a hold of. Their lines transfer to some voice recording that hangs up on you OR to a hotline of individuals who have no clue about the practice. At the time prior to leaving their office, my son was under a year and they refused to see him because he had a "cold". Instead they sent us to Emergency room multiple times when it was something simple they could have helped us with. They've talked to me about other people's health problems thinking their discussing my child's. Their staff never knows what they're talking about, they aren't professional and call everyone "Momma". They will not allow anyone other than child and adult, so if you have other children they cannot come to appointments with you. The Dr's themselves are nice and helpful but the overall experience was enough to make me leave. Their urgent care WILL not see you if you've previously left their practice until 1 year after you've left. List goes on.. They're almost impossible to get a hold of. Love the doctors and nurses but we always wait upwards to an hour for our scheduled appointments. They really need to get more doctors on staff or limit the patients seen.
Doctor & his staff are great.. but every time I’ve come here the wait is over an hour past my appointment time. They always tell me they’re “waiting for a room” and there will be a line of people outside in the heat also waiting way past their appointment time. Currently sitting in the car with my 2 month old as he screams, appointment was supposed to be an hour and a half ago and haven’t heard from anyone yet, not fun. ???????? I went today (Saturday) for myself and not my child. They were incredibly busy and I didn't leave until 12pm when my appointment was at 10:15. I ended up having strep throat (after being asked to be swabbed) and after leaving found out my pharmacy wasn't open on the weekends. I tried calling back from 12:30 to 2pm when they closed and NO ONE answered that entire time. I have a total of 35 calls and no one answered. So, now I am having to go to a different urgent care (NextCare) tomorrow to have another prescription written so that I don't have to wait until Monday. Ridiculous that no one answered for two entire hours. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because this is the first time I've had a poor experience, but it's enough to make me not want to come back. Love the providers, but the communication before and after appointments leaves a lot to be desired. It took me two phone calls and then going to their website to get a virtual appointment the other day. In addition, I have had no follow up when lab results are expected, and it is pretty much impossible to get ahold of someone at the front desk. Their Doctor's are very kind and caring! My issue is that you can never get ahold of the office. Calls are directed to an answering service and those people have no idea what they're doing. You have to repeat yourself over and over. When the office does call you have to reexplain everything again. Their office also refused to see my sick child because they wanted to "protect the little ones". My son was 11 months at time and did not have covid. :/ Their Doctor's are very kind and caring! I was really impressed and happy with the knowledge of the NP. She took a lot of time to break all my concerns down, immediately gave a referral then summarized all her main points again at the end. The receptionist helped carry my baby back and the nurse immediately met me in the room. Everything was efficient and I was satisfied! The only thing I think could be better is a print out of a growth curve. I really like to keep them and have always received from other offices, it’s just a nice keepsake to see all my hard work with breastfeeding. Would definitely recommend this office though! Very caring. Friendly employees
Great clinic for your children. Tasha, Alex and Dr. C are overall great with children, knowledgeable, and caring!
I love the office. No complaints, very impressed with care. I’ve never had to wait for the answering service because I listen to the prompts and there’s an option to go straight to the front desk at the end
I wish I could give more stars! We just saw Dr. Caban for the first time yesterday and were so impressed! I’ve been searching for a pediatric office like this for quite a while in the Triangle area and we are so thankful we found Phycinity! Friendly and professional staff and such wonderful care! I love the time Dr. Caban takes with you and his knowledge and perspective is not just “checking boxes” but so thought out and wise. So excited to be Phycinity patients now for our kiddos! The BEST pediatrician I have ever taken either child to. They listen to you, take your opinions and worries into consideration and make your child laugh and smile during their visit. I could not ask for a better doctor for my children! Dr Caban even called me after hours to check on my newborn when she was rushed to the hospital!
Went there for urgent care for my two year old and in that short visit I knew he was an amazing doctor and now both my girls will be going there! Great staff and we'll cleaned. Parent's if you are looking for a good Doctor who cares and takes time to ask details this is the place to be!! I would rate a 10 ⭐ if I could???? Brought my three children for their first appointment. Everything went smooth they were all Seen at the same time with my spouse and I would def recommend. Thank you for your patience.
Love, love, love this place. We’ve been patients for four years now. My son had terrible doc anxiety and this place made him feel comfortable in no time. Love having our wishes respected and how they genuinely listen to our concerns. We PCS soon and we are seriously bummed and will miss having Phycinity professionals as our kids pediatric facility. Dr. Caban, Alex, and the nurses here are amazing. We have been bringing our four children here since shortly after they opened. For two of our kiddos they have been coming to Dr. C since they were first born and we have never been anything but happy with the care and attention our children receive from all of the staff.
We have been going here for about 2 years , in the beginning it was amazing and super super fast appointments. now it’s so frustrating wait for 2 hours for a cough appt bad experience I’ll change pediatrician, my baby was frustrated
Neglectful in the fact that they do not respond to messages. The staff is becoming overwhelmed with overbooking/too many clients and that is making their professionalism diminish. It was good while it lasted, but time to move on to another provider.
Terrible I will never go to this place again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that is 16 or older. The attitudes that they have towards young adults are noticeably different than attitudes towards parents and children. From the time I stepped in the door I was rushed and felt as if they did not want to see me because I was not a child. They’re not private about any conversations that you have with them you can hear them talking about everyone’s business all through the facility. Not only was I rushed but I was given a medication was for something I did not have. I called to ask if they could change my medication because the taste was bad, they then told me to discontinue the medication because I needed a different type and they would send another prescription to my pharmacy. I call the pharmacy and they say there are no prescriptions on file. This is complete bs and not to mention , they don’t make you aware of what they’re doing. Sorry excuse for a doctor! First and foremost, the Doctor and staff at this location are absolutely amazing. However, the offices business practices are beyond frustrating. No matter how small of an issue you're dealing with, whether making an appointment, trying to reach a nurse, or even to pay your bill, you will face endless frustration as you navigate their answering services team. I've played phone tag with the nurse for MONTHS because you cannot reach anyone in the office directly. The call team takes a message and you receive a call 2-3 business days later, but if you miss the call, you need to leave another message and hope you're able to answer the call another 2--3 days later. On their billing statement, they give you a number to call to make a payment but the outsourced billing office says they are not authorized to take payments for Phycinity and that you need to contact them directly. So, again, you will deal with the constant phone tag. If your child is sick, don't plan on calling to get a same day sick appointment. You will not be able to speak to anyone the same day. Luckily, they double as an urgent care so you can just show up with sick child and wait 1-2 hours. We pulled both of my children from this practice in favor of a family medicine practitioner farther away. The customer service at that location is a complete 180 from Phycinity. I hope they make changes to their business practices soon because they really have an amazing staff. First and foremost, the Doctor and staff at this location are absolutely amazing. We have been going here for about 9 months, in the beginning it was amazing. Kind staff, super fast and informative appointments. Lately it has been super frustrating with the head Dr. always seeming to take vacations and them being extremely short staffed. We have gone in and waited anywhere from 1-2 hours just to be triaged and then had to wait longer for a room. We also had to leave and reschedule both times because the wait was unbearable. We are sad because we truly loved the care my son received in the beginning but unfortunately I feel they have gotten too big for their britches and have no compassion for making their customers stand for hours on end. It’s true Dr C is literally the best, and we have been coming here since Dec 2017, but there are way too many patients scheduled at one time. Any day you’re standing up in waiting room because all the chairs are full. I had to leave because of the wait and when I went back with an Appt also, I still waited 2hrs for a well-child visit.
We had a serious problem with the DR's staff and Dr. Caban fixed the problem very professionally and to satisfaction.

Best pediatrician I have ever experienced. So glad we have him!!!
He is the best pediatrician for my two kids.... I love the staff and the service I highly recomend him!!!
We are at his office since he opened. Hands down the best doctor to go to. Little wait time, staff and doctor are always polite and professional, and when your kid is sick you can just go in without appointment hassle.
I love Dr. Caban's office. He and his staff are always so patient, kind, and caring. The nurses are so sweet and always willing to help a parent who has their arms full.
We have been going to Dr. Caban for two years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. He has a nice clean facility, with a staff that truly cares about the welfare of your children. One of our babies was sick during cold/flu season last year. I called Dr. Caban's number (after normal business hours) and left a voicemail with my son's current symptoms. He called me back within five minutes and gave me advice on what to do. That was the fasted I had ever heard back from a medical provider before and I truly appreciated his prompt response. Thank you for everything Dr. Caban and family, you guys are a blessing!
If you don'thave insrince you have pay 200 dollers.
I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was extremely nice and making an appointment was very easy. The level of care my son was given rates 1 star. Dr. Caban diagnosed my son with croup, although I strongly suggested he didn’t. I know he’s the doctor, but he diagnosed my son with croup “from the cough he heard in the waiting room” he spent 10 mins with my son and didn’t listen to my concerns to run labs. I went for a second opinion, they ran labs. He didn’t have croup, he has RSV and has been admitted to the hospital for respiratory failure. I’m glad I went with my intuition and didn’t trust the doctor that just went off of his opinion of what his cough sounded like.
