A family member was referred to Dr.Mufti's office and all of his tests had been great and the nurses all commented how well he was doing for his age. I left him there by himself to take a stress test & as soon as I left they took him to a "consultation room" and informed him he needed a pace maker. My family member had no signs or symptoms of heart trouble & was only referred to be checked out due to family history of heart issues. The office then billed Medicare and medi-cal for that "consultation" that took less than 3 minutes they claimed it was 45 minutes and also billed for services that were not provided. If you don't mind being taken for all your money, being misinformed about your health and having unnecessary heart surgery to feed the greedy then this doctor would be perfect for you. If you are looking for an honest doctor who cares about their patients then my advice would be look elsewhere!

I have had one appointment at CVC and it was a very comfortable one. The staff is super courteous. The office is one of the best in town. Both docs have a very good repo. I saw Dr. Mufti. He may seem tense but his attitude is great. And he knows his stuff so thats what matters most ! I would definitely see him again if needed. Highly reccomended !!

Dr Mufti neglected to manage my husband’s heart failure according to the standard of care. Therefore, I I asked that he not be the hospitalist on my case after my NSTEMI. As a result no other cardiologist would treat me and I was discharged!!!

He was very compassionate, explained everything thoroughly, I didn't feel like I was on a stopwatch he took time to answer and explain my questions. I thank Dr. Richard Martinez for the referral.
