Dr. Dhanuka has always been very pleasant and professional. His staff is great also. I see him through the VA as well as my private insurance. I highly recommend him.

That was the best considering, doctor, nurses, the office and surgery center. Never will put off a colonoscopy again it is worth the piece of mind to know what is going on in areas you can't see!

Refused someone I know chemo bc of their vax status. Should have licensed revoked in my opinion and will assist someone I know in reporting him to all boards.

Dr. Dhanuka is one of my favorite doctors of all time. He has a wonderful bedside manner and you can enjoy his funny personality. I think he is a great doctor!

I was really disappointed in my experience with dr Dhanuka. I had heard great things about him and his ability as a dr. I’ve struggled with gut issues since I was a kid and right now they have been flared up for about 4 years. In seattle I was seeing a naturopath and was able to help some of the symptoms with diet but not to where I wasn’t greatly affected. I don’t go out much cause when I do I tend to poop myself. My tests all come back clear. He came in the room and said I don’t know what it is. Your tests are clear. Because you had one bad experience with food a long time ago you are just afraid of food. Add all this back into your diet slowly and we will see where you are at. Oh and work out more Before my symptoms got bad again I was an Emt and a lifeguard/swim instructor. I swam all the time and was on a volunteer fire department. I love hiking, biking, swimming and scuba. I have two high energy dogs and a high energy kid. I can’t even go to the park. Oh and when I took my kid swimming yesterday and I barely did anything to workout yah. I woke up at 4am pooping myself in bed this morning. And no I haven’t changed my food. It also happens my favorite food is one that makes me react. So why would I continue to do this to myself if I didn’t feel I have to. I was just hoping someone would listen to me and that my symptoms are real. I won’t be going back as my family dr is sending me to uc davis now because I was not heard or listened to here. I really hope that this was just one bad case and that he really is a great dr for everyone else. Just because tests are clean doesn’t mean nothing is wrong. One of the kindest, knowledgeable Drs' I've met. Knows his stuff.

Every team member at Redding Endoscopy Center was very friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this center to others. Dr. Dhanuka made you feel at ease.

This was third colonoscopy by Dr. Dhanuka. That alone should be proof of my confidence in Dr. Dhanuka and his staff. In each instance the procedure has gone extremely smoothly. All of the staff with whom I dealt were very courteous and professional. Dr. Dhanuka was, as he has been in the past, outstanding about quickly coming in and giving me the results. I could not ask for better treatment or service. He and his staff have my highest recommendation.

I had an emergency ERCP performed by Dr. Dhanuka and the Endoscopy staff at Mercy Medical in Redding in early December 2018. I can not say enough about Dr. Dhanuka and his staff. I had just had my gallbladder removed the previous day under emergency conditions at another hospital and was still in pain and quite out of it. He and his staff were wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Dhanuka. He's very pofessional and makes me relaxed and comfortable. I got detailed information before and after my procedure. And above all that he has high sense of humanity,  and he respects his holy career.

I appreciate the greeting before procedure and after. What I would change - the instruction sheet for my colonoscopy. I would suggest that the instructions have the patient's exact start time and end time ( at least 4 hours before procedure) to ensure the bowel is clean. I did not have a clean bowel 5 years ago and not this time either. I started last time at the 6pm option and this time I started earlier - which was too early since my colonoscopy was after 10am.

I wish he would take time to go over test results, i had questions, disappointing!

I have been having severe stomach pains and made an appointment 7 weeks out only to go to my appointment and be told that he wasn't in the office. Which was beyond unprofessional.

I have received nothing short of wonderful care by Dr. Dhanuka. He took my health concerns seriously and helped me to quickly get into treatment that has helped improve my symptoms greatly! He was also friendly and compassionate! Thanks Dr D.!

I am a Colon Hydrotherapist in Redding Ca. I believe that Dr. Dhanuka is one of the very best Gastrologist in Northern Cal. I trust him! The Dr. and the staff were helpful and kind to me. Dr Dhanuka listened to me and actually sat down and went over all of the results. I don't see that much these days... Thank you Dr. Dhanuka...I send clients to you with confidence.

They did a full Anesthesia (their standard of care according to their office) on a standard Colonoscopy without getting it preauthorized and also had me sign the waiver the morning of the procedure in case my insurance doesn't pay, which apparently they do not for full anesthesia but I was not told that, but rather was led to believe the approval had not come through yet, when in fact they had not even submitted it for pre-authorization according to Anthem. Now they are asking for $200. Scam!
