Just left this “doctors” office , or should I say ran from . My wife made an appointment for 2pm (1/15/22) to have our first wellness check for our newborn , the doctor had to call us and let us know they would be an hour late , we arrived at 2:50pm and were met by a child at the front door .We were told to walk behind the home and enter from the backyard patio by a very young girl without a mask on . Upon entering the “office” ,(actually a basement in a residential home )the “doctor” (also without a mask) told us she was still in her pajamas and needed some time to get ready . I noticed medical records behind the front desk , on the floor . There are no hand sanitizer stations , no paper towel dispensers , general uncleanliness , dirty tile floor, and assorted clutter on window shelves . I wish I had taken photos or video , please DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR . I am appalled by the state of this office and can’t believe it’s operating legally . Don’t waste your time going to this place. I had a 6pm appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen. She had a very young female who’s clearly not certified in doing my vitals because she got them wrong including basic things such as my height. The Dr was judgmental and discriminated on me on issues from my past and completely disrespected me by yelling and talking over me. I’m shocked she can actually call herself a doctor based on her most recent actions with me. Oh and because I was persistent on finding out where the documents I requested from her days ago where she told me to stop calling her office and if I showed up there she’s called the police (what a joke) I have no intention of ever dealing with anyone as rude, disorganized, and just a poor overall doctor. By far the worst doctor in the county. She’s judgmental, rude, and impatient. She lacks all level of professionalism and overall a terrible PCP. The fact that she is even a doctor blows my mind. Avoid working with her at all cost.

Dr. O and her team are amazing! They have always taken great care of our girls. We have been going to her for years and have always been in good hands. Thank you so much!

She is great with the kids. She really cares. Takes her time to learn what's going on in the family as well.

Greed! Charged my insurance for teeth cleaning? Huh? That’s what dentists are for. I’ve never missed a dental appointment for any of my children! Complete loss of trust in this doctor.

I wish when I was a child I had a dr like dr O, and her team. They are so nice, friendly and understanding. She is one of the Dr that is always available to answer calls any minutes of the day and even return call on time with maximum help. My daughter is very happy whenever I said we are going to see the Dr. Their service allows you to access your child information in your own convenience, my primary care don’t offer that service. I cannot wait for my company open enrollment so I can switch to insurance that will allow me to choose my own primary care. I have tried other pediatrics but Dr O, cares and she love her babies and that’s what I want for my daughter. I wish when I was a child I had a dr like dr O, and her team. Very flexible schedule! Portal online makes it easy to access shot records and notes from the visits. I love this pediatrician! The best I’ve ever had! I switched my daughter over to her once I had my son! She takes care of the kids and she cares about the families well being too!

She is a very good Doctor. She takes her time to care for my children.

The visit was fine, but the charges after the visit were not. Received an itemized bill for things insurance wouldn't pay for (& rightly so). I would honestly describe the charges as unethical. We were charged extra for a weekend appointment (new patient visit), even though that information about extra fees is not found anywhere. We were also charged for several other extras (charge to say BMI within normal parameters?!) that I have never seen a doctor charge for before. Pls be up front.
