Orlando Kypuros

Three years in a row I ended up in the hospital because pancreatitis. I saw a number of doctors who had no clue nor researched why the attacks were happening. Dr. Kypuros was the one that determined my cholesterol medication was the cause of my attacks. Thank God he is my doctor!!!

While the doctors are great, the staff in the converse office are so so rude! It’s virtually impossible to get an appointment as they rarely answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold forever then hang up on you so you have to call back and start from the beginning.

Converse location desperately needs a NEW office manager knowledgeable of coordination of care, check in processes, and verification of insurance. The front and back staff don't communicate they look like they hate each other.Non-medical staff fight in front of patients don't know how to use a copy machine let alone customer service skills, lazy, irate unprofessional, and incompetent. Nobody collected my copay or even uploaded my patient packet all their desks have patients details exposed HIPPA fines with 1call! Talk about patients and each other in front of u!!! Left urine in public shared bathroom with my info seen for everyone in lobby. Told nothing else was needed i hadn't even seen doctor and turned out they weren't finished with me. Stayed 3 hours horrible. Physician good but get rid of these medical assistant clean house the staff don't belong with such great doctors. Nobody called me back about my critical condition outcome I think it's because staff not following up with my calls. Don't go here its not worth the frustration even if doctor is good u won't get what u need as long as they keep front/back staff. Pay a little more for a professional manager whoever was yelling was ghetto not a cute look when u hear the main girl telling her staff oh well when they were asking for help. 3 consecutive tele medicine appointment always delayed!! Not only for few minutes but for hour and they don’t even call to tell that their running behind. I called 3 times to follow up for my appoinment.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the clinic. I’ve been calling and emailing and leaving messages for over three months trying to get ahold of ANYONE so my medical records can be sent over to my new pcp. Nothing. When I was a new patient I was seen quickly and partially diagnosed but my doctor said I need more testing done to finish the diagnosis and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since! That was in August! The front desk staff is terrible and seems like they never ever answer the phones and they called me back once almost three weeks after I left my last voicemail. I have serious medical issues that get worse without treatment so I finally just switched doctors so I can actually get help. But now this office won’t forward my records to me or my new doctors and it’s completely ridiculous. I wish I never went to see Dr. Park. The office staff is terrible on the phone. You will be placed on hold, then disconnected. Yesterday, I held for 13 minutes, only to have the phone picked up and disconnected. I called back again and was hung up on immediately. The third time, the person (Kim) blamed it on the phone system. They also do not speak clearly, and it's difficult to hear them. These doctors need to train their front office staff to speak clearly, and give better customer service on the phone. My father is looking for another PCP because of the front office staff. Staff and Dr. K are such professional team they take care of me and my husband and we love being part of North East Prohealth

I have been going to Northeast Prohealth for 2 years now. I love the care I receive from my PCP. Very thorough and very respectful.

Been a patient of Dr. Kypuros for at least 10 years, has always been professional friendly along with his staff. Even during these times they maintain a high level of medicine. THANK YOU!!

If my mother was not 97 I would change her to another physician office staff is very nice but they are always losing phone and internet service. Have to go to office to request anything

Dr.'s are great....its the staff that needs help. Please fix this Dr.K it's so stressful just to try to make an appointment! There has got to be some resolution!

My husband and I both saw Dr. Kypuros -initial visit. We have been looking for an internist for some time. We found that he is very knowledgeable in every aspect, answered all our questions, took time to listen to both of us. I have worked with doctors and he certainly is on the top of my list in all categories. I have a paper with all health conditions during our lives. We went through all of them. We both have a clear understanding where we are and what our needs are.

Do not go unless you have all day to wait. Appt was at 12:15 at 1:40 I left. Never saw Dr. So disrespectful of my time. Like I don't have anything to do but wait forever for him. What are appt's for?

Out of hospital need to make appt for follow up called that Monday morning 3 times no answer just machines that they will call you back no call back after a week. Call following week and they answered got put on hold for a good 10 min I hung up called back and was again put on hold for 6 min. I did get my appt lady was very friendly and helpful. Will leave feedback on office visit. Have a great day. I got here early for my Check up. As of now they are really running behind. What is the point of getting here early if a patient can be seen at their appointed time. I also watched a woman get checked in after me and the group a head of me. She was called in before us. I do plan to bring this to Dr. K's attention. Dr K. You really need to hire more staff to answer your phones. I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 days now. Either its busy, nobody answers or i get placed on hold for too long, This is ridiculous.

Kypuros, you need more staff to help with phones, lab work and volume of patients. The person drawing blood need to do better or take a refresher course...My arm was green and red where she stuck me for over a week.

Called for days to get ahold of someone, when I finally got a ringtone no answer, left a voicemail..no return call. My mother is a nurse so it's not often I need to see a doctor, and when someone finnnnallly answers ( after being on hold about 20 minutes) I'm told I will have to wait a month to be seen.

Very respectful and considerate. Treats me like a living person with a life of my own and does what he's determined after thorough diagnosis is the most effective form of treatment. He takes care of you well and his disposition will resonate with you!
