Dr. Orville D Cerna

I contracted COVID-19, developed pneumonia and a bad nasal infection and Dr Cerna did an excellent job in curing me of the dangerous situation. He is the best and what he does and is very customer orientated. I just want to thank him for all he did.

Dr. Cerna was very informative and thorough during my visit. However...there is a lady that works up front and is ALWAYS rude and her body language says it all even before she opens her mouth!! I've seen her like that with every patient and especially rude on the phone. Hangs up abruptly and is extremely rude and unprofessional every encounter I've had with her. If I were the doctor I would most definitely NOT want someone with her "personality" (or lack there of) be my patients first point of contact. Arrived at 1:45 pm walk in, I was fifth patient waited for more than 4 hours to be seen by the doctor, doctor arrived late, very slow service.

Drove a friend as a walk-in. They waited over 2.5 hrs despite the fact they were there B4 the patients. One particular office staff person was very rude.

Very good doctor excellent

Wait time is longer than average...typically closer to 1 hr.
