Great staff. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable and professional.

My children and I have been going to Dr. Chen for 16 years. It all started when I needed to take my toddlers in for a check-up. I was nervous and not sure how they would respond to their first dental exam. Dr. Chen was very gentle and patient with them. My children and I have faithfully attended our 6 month check-ups for the last 16 years. I cannot express how pleased I am with Dr. Chen and his team of experts! I have also referred several co-workers that were terrified to see a dentist. After their appointment with Dr. Chen they were very pleased with him and they could not believe how gentle he was. They could not thank me enough! Dr. Chen and his team of experts are amazing! Our visits are always pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Chen's Dental Office. Went to 2 appointments with Dr Chen. He did 0 procedures him self. Cleaning was done by a tech. Xrays done by a tech. Only thing i saw dr chen for was for him to send me to some one else to get the real work done. If you do not go back to their office on their schedule they will send you letters. Scare tactic letters to get you to come back to their office. If you or your spouse plan to take yoyr care to another dentist they will send you a certified letter. Much like a law firm or bill collector. They put semi threatening language. And essentially fire you from being their patient. As a Dentist 2 of 5 stars. Staff 4 of 5 stars. Thet are friendly while you are in the office. The follow up scare tactic letters -3 of 5. You are a dentist not a bill collector. I do not recommend Dr Chen to anyone. My son and I have been going with Dr. Chen for a long time. We always have a good experience when we go in for our regular check ups. Everyone in there is nice and caring. Dr. Chen is super nice and listens to our concerns and the ladies are super sweet.

We are very grateful for the care and attention from Dr. Chen and his staff. I've had an emergency root canal and Dr. Chen brought me in immediately. He uses modern technology and gives great preventive care. I love his staff as well. It's been a great experience being under his care.

I've had Dr. Chen as a dentist for a long time. He's always very precise with his work and is very informational as well. Not to mention, he is very personable and cares about his patients. Along with him, his staff is also very nice. They are reasonable and easy to work with. I haven't had one single negative experience with his dentistry. My family has been going to Dr. Chen for more than ten years. My parents and my sister also are under the care of Dr. Chen for over a decade. We have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Chen's care along with his excellent staff. Dr. Chen genuinely care for his patients. He has texted me in multiple instances even after hours to check up on me after dental procedures. He is also very thorough in his treatment approach and explanation. Great dentist!!! He's very experienced and noticed a lot of things my previous dentist didn't catch. He focuses a lot on preventive care as well, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. His staff is also very close-knit and friendly, and they have all been working there for years.

had my teeth pulled yesterday. very good expericence compare to my previous visit to other dentists. two assissants are also very professional and nice.
