I called Monday with two teeth that were bothering me, and was able to be seen Wednesday. My appointment was at 9 am, it’s now 1030 and I am home with all fixed. Thanks dudes

The preventive service I received was good. I went to the bathroom before paying my bill. When I walked out of the bathroom, a front desk staff was standing outside of her desk looking down the hall toward the bathroom and dashed back to her desk when she saw me. When I checked out and paid my bill, I asks the lady was she waiting on me to come out of the bathroom, and she reported no. She thought she heard a noise. It appeared she did not trust me to pay my bill, which raise concerns of continuing services at Mortenson.

Explained everything that was happening with my dental work and all details concerning my insurance coverage and any payments I may have. Very professional and personable.

Long time patient. I drive past several other locations to Middletown location about 25 minutes from my house bc I just love Dr Jeff. He's funny and always lightens the mood of a dental appointment. Great service. Nice office with a homey feel. Today I got in same day to fix a chipped tooth/filling.

I recently visited Mortenson after having not had a teeth cleaning in nearly two years. The staff, Karen especially, were kind and helpful getting me set up and seen quickly. The whole appointment was smooth and simple and I look forward to going back
