Dr. Pamela L Trapane

I contacted her directly in 2021 via email because I was looking for a geneticist to evaluate me for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I have an HMO and only 2 doctors are covered - Dr. Trapane and Dr. Perszyk. The latter was not reachable, and Dr. Trapane worked in the peds department. However, I emailed her and asked if she would be willing to take my case and she agreed. I was seen by her ANRP, Elena, who was very thorough and I was diagnosed with hEDS that day. I highly recommend them. The office staff could use a lesson in courtesy because one of them told me that Dr. Trapane wouldn't treat me since I was not in the right age group.

Be calling for WEEKS just make an appt!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable standards!! Especially when your child could possibly have a life threatening disease ??? How is this even a doctors office with UF?
