Dr. Parag Dinesh Gandhi

Dr. Gandhi is incredible with listening to what I want and does a beautiful job balancing out my face. He gives me his undivided attention and does wonderful work with fillers and Botox. I feel fresh and young instead of looking like I had something done. I don’t trust anyone else with my face!

After suffering with unknown eye issues for months I finally found relief with Dr. Gandhi. I had been passed around to numerous Ophthalmologists, Allergists and Oculoplastic Surgeons. But Dr. Gandhi took as much time as I needed to come up with the proper treatment plan. He was the first provider to let me speak and explain my history with an open mind. He is a great listener and a thorough provider. I never felt rushed and left the appointment with clear answers. Dr. Gandhi also reached out to me outside of his own office hours to check in. Dr Gandhi why did you leave me? No one here at Duke Center does not know how to deal with Jones tubes. My left one is always creeping out just about falling out and I had to keep pushing it down they say they know nothing about it they tried to clean it out but it's just not working. Do you have any suggestions or a doctor you can refer me to that knows what they're doing it would be most appreciated. I am suffering with the feeling that is going to fall out. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 800$ HUGE (900$ but we won't get into that) after a 2 & half hours of a consultation never once mentioned that 2 syringes may be needed! I was told it may take up to 2 weeks to get the full effect of the injection. The short version of my review: Set up a consultation with Maryland Eye and Face, you won't regret it. The long version: For background, I am a 31 year old, white female that has never had any type of work done (including injectables). I contacted the office for a possible lower eyelid lift/blepharoplasty. I have a very prominent, herniated fat pad under my left eye that has been there since I was a child and I have always been incredibly insecure. Its gotten worse the past few years and I finally decided to get something done about it. The assistant Trish is amazing. She is so kind and efficient at her job. She made me feel welcome and relaxed, and went over a very detailed health history with me. Dr. Gandhi was incredible. He and Trish spent over 2 hours with my at my consult. I never felt rushed or that I was in any way a bother with all of my questions. Dr. Gandhi took the time to explain all my options, and in the end I decided on under eye and cheek fillers. My results are incredible. I would say I look like I'm 20 again, but I actually look better than I ever have. No one is telling me how tired or sick I look all the time. I barely spend time with concealer anymore (so much time/money spent trying to correct my under eye bags...) All in all, I would highly recommend Maryland Eye and Face. Fantastic experience with the results from 3 treatments with the Opus laser! The caring staff, office and facility enhance the doctor’s talents! We are so lucky to have Dr. Parag Gandhi in our community! I highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gandhi for serval years at another practice. When I found out he opened his own practice I knew I had to follow. Dr Gandhi’s approach of patient care is by far the most professional and trustworthy care I’ve ever had. He really cares about his patients and takes his time with explaining every procedure before and also as he is performing it. This kind of care really puts you at ease and relieves any stress or anxiety you might be feeling. His staff, Trish and Andy are equally professional and caring. Both took excellent care me at my last visit. I can honestly recommend Maryland Eye & Face to anyone in need of Any eye or face procedures. I would give even more stars if they available. My spouse and I drove 2 1/2 h ours to visit Dr Gandhi for aesthetics consultation for Dysport and Filler. I have seen him in the past and though he recommended a surgeon in my new state graciously, we decided to take the drive to Baltimore. As I wanted filler in my tear troughs I would only trust an oculoplastic surgeon as risk of blindness could occur. Dr Gandhi spent a VERY long time with both of us consulting on the best plan for facial improvement. We are both in our 50s. We are both happy with the work and his detailed notes make us optimistic for similar results in the future.

I have lost contact and I am currently looking for Dr Ghandi. I have a procedure that I only trust him to do. If anyone knows where he is, please let me know

I had the pleasure of meet with Dr Gandhi, he was so kind and gave me all the information I needed for my upper eyelid surgery. I would never want to go to anyone else but him!! He is the best

Dr Gandhi did an upper and lower blepharoplasty for me. I am so grateful for his expertise. His talent and bedside manner are simply second to none. My eyes, my window to the world look look so natural, I look just like I did years ago. I am so pleased with the outcome. I wish he did not leave North Carolina !!!

I have seen Dr. Gandhi at his office three times. Each appointment has kept me waiting over two hours! It take me over an hour to travel to his office. If you complain at the desk they show you to an examining room where you wait some more. I think he is a good doctor but he is not the only Doctor. I resent being treated like my time is not valuable and if the roles were reversed I think he he would resent it too.... My surgery was good but not perfect.

He is a great opthamologist. He did a total reconstruction of my right eye socket. He has excellent bedside manners too.
