I’ve been going to Dr Kettlehake as my primary care provider for about 20 years and have been happy with her care. Her office staff have been kind and caring and I appreciate her follow through with both of our concerns.

Dr Kettlehake and her staff are amazing. So happy to be assigned to her as my new PCM. Highly recommend her and the staff!

What a lovely, lovely doctor, and such a lovely, patient, welcoming staff. Today was my first visit. I am 65 and have been to a lot of doctors, but Dr. Kettlehake is clearly wise, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Kettlehake is kind, efficient and timely. We appreciate her TLC.

Front desk person is rude. One time I heard her when she answered the phone in the background getting flustered from the calls. And depending if dr kettlehake is having a good day will determine if she nice or will give u smart remarks. If u can go to someone else do so! My aunt went to her. She didnt address her swollen legs . It wasnt until my aunt went somewhere else. That it could of turned into something worse. Front desk person is rude. We have been seeing Dr. Kettlehake for 8 years. She is friendly, sweet and kind. She never rushes in and out and always takes time to visit and listen. She is relaxed and puts you at ease. She is a great family doctor and sees everyone from babies to adults. She even does GyN visits. Her wait times are never long. She has a pager you can call in case of an emergency during off hours. She's competent and friendly but I also found her to have an assertiveness that bordered on pushy in in my opinion. The way she was with my children. I became uncomfortable with her at two different appts. I decided not to continue on with her and switched providers.
