I've played football for 11 years through elementary school and high school. As a result, I suffered many injuries, mostly bone fractures in my hand. In college while throwing javelin I tore my acl, dislocated my kneecap, fractured my femur, and tore cartiledge in my knee. 2 1/2 years later I could not be happier with my recovery. I am a competitive strongman and can train hard everyday, squat 500+ and deadlift 660 so far without any limitations.
