Trying to get my surgery done and he left for 4 months. No one to take his patients while he was out. (Patient abandonment) He finally came back charged me my $45.00 copay to tell me he is closing his practice. Very upset with this man.

Back surgery to fuse my back. Unnecessarily complicated surgery that doubled the recouperation period. When the surgery was unsuccessful, he told me he couldn't do anything further. Another surgery by a second surgeon was much more successful. They ended up removing the hardware installed by Cindrich.
