He is rude, dismissive, pompous and a disgrace to his profession, insulting patients' families and refusing to do anything to help patients in crisis. Massive ego. Can't stand to be questioned. He also seems to be a little bit afraid of his patients and won't always do things that are in their best interests out of fear they'll be upset with him. But he doesn't mind telling off their concerned family members. He is a bully.

Dr. Zirnheld tales a special interest in his patients and takes time to listen. He does run behind in his schedule, but that is because he puts his patients first and does not rush. I don't mind waiting, because I know he will take as long as needed to help me. I wish he could be my primary care physician. He has helped with diagnosis of other health issues that affect my brain chemistry. I highly recommend this wonderful, caring man!

Horrible business, the Hamilton Center. A money making factory, at best. No interest in actually helping people. Dr. Z is a great representative of that fact.
