Dr Marcum is great. Informative, on top of things, glad I’m under her care.

Dr. Marcum is competent, professional, extremely thorough, and she cares about the well being of her patients. When she enters the room - it is clear that she has reviewed previous documentation from the record and is prepared to address any applicable issues. She uses current evidence based practice to guide the care that she provides. Not only is her medical knowlege exemplary, but her kindness and personal interaction show that she values her clients, and wants to work with them, so that they can achieve the best health possible.

Wonderful, kind, and patient.

Love Dr Marcum. The office and how it's ran is another story. There phone lines are almost impossible to navigate and get a live person unless that line is open. It rarely is. At best, you'll get a recording to leave your name and number. IF they return a call, they won't leave proper information as to know who to call back. So it's a back and forth phone tag with nothing getting done. My last visit I ended up walking out as they left me waiting for over 1 1/2 hours in the exam room with no one explaining what is going on or checking on me. They just took their lunch as usual, and everything literally stopped. The appointment was scheduled around 11:15AM. Upon arriving, there were just a few patients in the waiting area. Check in was quick, and I was taken to the exam room within 20 minutes. That's when it went all wrong. When I left, there were no nurses at the station nor the receptionist at the desk to even tell them I was leaving. No follow up. They cared less.

Love Dr Marcum. She is the best. Always listens and is very truthful and caring. Wouldn’t think about going to anybody else.

Not a good listener, appointments are rushed ! I got at least 5 minutes with her at my last appointment & will never go back. Staff is nice , but don't seem to know what they are doing either & are poorly managed.

Definitely would recommend Dr. Marcum.

If you want a doctor that does all the talking, blames you for being sick and does nothing to help you, after all according to her it’s your fault you’re sick. If you do get a chance to ask a question or express a thought, you are dismissed with an insulting expression and told you are wrong. Only wants to hear her own superior voice. Then this doctor is for you. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I've been going to Dr. Patti Marcum for several years. She makes you feel comfortable and is a good listener. I am fully confident in her ability to treat me and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She's the best doctor I've ever been to! She doesn't rush you and gives you the appropriate amount of time.

Dr. Marcum is a wonderful doctor. She is so caring and really takes time to discuss any questions I may have. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a family doctor.
