We had been looking for a new dentist after trying a few offices and not being happy with the service. We got recommended to Paul's office and have been going here for years now. I don't typically write reviews but I appreciate the honest attitude and kind nature of Paul and his colleagues. I've experienced offices recommending what turned out to be unnecessary and expensive dental work but I never worry about this at Bertolasio's office. He takes the time to explain the options and costs. I've never been pressured to undergo or choose any procedure and he will truthfully tell you if potential work is worth the price especially if it could be costly. Dr is great. His staff not so much. Beth at the front is the rudest person I have ever came into contact with. She keeps billing in correctly after being given the correct information numerous times. I have called several times and was assured it would be handled and still getting bills that its not billed properly. She calls and calls and calls. Leaves nasty voice-mails. So I finally left one myself. Then she calls back calling me names. So unprofessional and a disgrace to that office. We really enjoyed the dr he was great with my kids. Dr Paul is intelligent, personable, kind, and the best at what he does. He will always work with you and let you know the least traumatic and least expensive option. His bedside manner should be taught to all providers!! And his staff is friendly and helpful. His wife is a gem, too. Love this place, I can’t recommend it enough.

Dr. Paul is a great dentist! I Have been going there for 4 years now and he is a gentle giant! I feel very safe and know I am in good hands. Wonderful dentist. I have been coming here for years. Dr. Paul and his staff are the best. Everyone is so friendly. Beth at the front desk is always so nice and is always helpful with explaining my bills. I've never had an issue with my insurance being billed incorrectly and she's always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have about billing or payments. There’s not a better guy around than Dr. Paul. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is thorough in his examination and always in a great mood.

I love Dr. Bertolasio he’s a great dentist, knows what he’s doing, professional and has a wonderful manner about him. I’ve never seen him in a bad mood, it’s refreshing being around him and his awesome staff!

Dr. Paul and his staff always make coming to the dentist quick and easy! Always kind and professional!

Have been to see this dentist for root canals, cleanings, and crowns, he always treats me very well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist that doesn't charge unreasonable prices.
