The front desk staff was very rude. I’m a dental professional and was told my ear pain was due to TMJ. I do not have TMJ. Was sent home in pain and told to use ear plugs.

Refuses to take me as a new patient to look at my sinus fracture because there saying since it happened awhile ago that there is nothing they can do for me.

He removed my son's adenoids and put tubes in his ears, he was professional & thorough.

Horrible experience! Don't trust him! If you cancel an appointment he will shut you down as a patient. Only because he didn't have the opportunity to double dip on your insurance! Go to Cleveland clinic! This guy is only about filling his wallet!

Dr. Biedenbach performed my thyroidectomy and it went good. Minimal scarring. Very courteous and professional staff!

We did not have a very good experience with Dr. Beidenbach. He was very flippant and dismissive. Nothing was achieved by seeing him, so now my son is worse. I definitely would not recommend him. Also the office staff are rude and very unprofessional.

Very good Doctor, my kids have seen him for multiple things, he had very good bedside manner. His staff is also very nice I always have a good experience when calling or coming to this office

Terrible! Total lack of communication. This office was supposed to set an appointment with another ENT specialist at Metro health and let me know when the appointment was set. I never received a phone call or any message at all. I called them to find out and I was told I would receive a call by the end of that day. Guess what? No phone call, ever. I called and got the doctors number and called him myself. I can't see him until late December. I need this procedure done now (in December) before my insurance premiums kick back to zero. No help at all from this office. Totally unprofessional!

Last in class is still a Doctor... Does not listen, puts things in report that are inaccurate, bad attitude. Office workers are lazy and have bad attitudes. Worst Doctor I have ever been to. Will go to my dogs vet before I go back to this clown. Payment is more important to this place than helping you with your illness.

Do not waste your time or money going to this man for help. He’s terrible.

The worst experience of my life. Not to mention the worst office staff. I even complained to the office manager about how awlful they were on the phone AND IN PERSON.. they must have told them because I couldn’t get a “emergency appointment for 14 days” My daughter came to see him on a emergency referral from the ER. After seeing him and getting ER docs still just throwing medication and steroids at her for 4 weeks when it was obvious from a CT they were scared and calcified. What a true derelict to his profession. I just got home from her surgery with a wonderful, caring surgeon who literally told me this was the worst case he had seen in 30 years. Their should be a minus 12 for this review! As I’m sitting at University Hospital waiting to go back to see my daughter in recovery AFTER his despicable neglect to take my daughters tonsils out. I was told word for word that her tonsils in his 30 years as a surgeon was the worst he has ever seen. Also trying to see another DR at NOMS is not a option either, they don’t step on toes! You sir a a disgrace to your profession as well as having the worst staff in all my years I have ever had the displeasure of having to encounter. Dr. Beidenbach tried to talk me into having half of my thyroid removed for a low risk nodule, and I declined, fearing the nearly 50% risk of being on thyroid medication the rest of my life. But, I had pain in my throat on the same side as the nodule, so I emailed almost 50 or so doctors to find one that was willing to remove just the nodule, and not half of my thyroid. Dr. Beidenbach told me it was not practical to remove 'just the nodule' for a variety of reasons, however, Dr. Fraker in Philadelphia told me the procedure was actually easier, and made light of it when I consulted with him, saying "So let me get this straight, you want to remove your low risk nodule, leaving behind as much thyroid tissue as possible to reduce the risk of having to take thyroid replacement hormone?" Yes, please. I'm not angry that Dr. Beidenbach is ignorant like most indoctrinated people carrying a degree, opting for conventional solutions that give no respect to the patient's health, I'm angry that he refused to see me after having the surgery for throat pain (it turns out the pain I had before was higher up, and seemingly unrelated to the nodule). His scheduler told me he said to "go back to where I had surgery." What an unprofessional child. Any doctor who is too egotistical to deal with the notion that a patient is entitled to a second opinion, and the option of having a procedure done that you do not offer shouldn't even be practicing medicine. Grow up. This is what you get when you choose an in town doctor instead of going to a first class facility like Cleveland Clinic or Penn Medicine. Dr. Biedenbach is an amazing doctor. My daughter had tubes put in her ears, and her tonsils and adenoids out. My son had his tonsils and adenoids out. I have been treated there also. I love the staff and Dr. Biedenbach. They do an awesome job. Dr. Biedenbach and his staff are very kind and courteous. I highly recommend this Dr. Biedenbach! Dr. Biedenbach is an amazing doctor. He is an amazing Doctor. My daughter seen him first and she had tubes in her ears 15 years ago. My son had his tonsils out. I have been treated by him also for years. I completely trust him. He is patient and listens to me. His staff is completely awesome. They get me in to see the Dr. right away. Dr. Biedenbach and his staff are caring and extremely polite. I highly recommend him!!

This is the worse experience in a Dr. I have ever in my life went to. His staff are as incompetent as he is. They are genuinely NON CARING. After begging him to take my daughters tonsils out 10weeks later 15 emergency room visits, here I sit in the waiting room after a Savior of a surgeon literally just wanted his information because he couldn’t believe someone let her go like this. He said these were the worst tonsils he had seen in 30 yrs as a Otolaryngologists. Dr. Biedenbach, just QUIT!

I am only leaving a 1 star because the ear specialist was wonderful to my son. However the same can't be said about the staff of the office. The girls up front are very rude and not friendly by any means. They reschedule our appointments due to their scheduling issue and then acted like I was the inconvenience. They also treated my mother with disrespect when she took him to his appointment asking if she really was the grandmother. Who does that? Never going back..find another office!!

I made an appointment to specifically have my ear canal looked at and they gave me a stupid beep beep test and told me to come back another day to meet with the physician. I didn't pay the bill..............

The front staff is horrible! Every time I call or check-in for an appointment Taris is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have voiced my concerns to other staff including the office manager and all I have gotten in return is a shrug of the shoulders. My son who is 1 1/2 had tubes placed by Dr. Biedenbach and I think he is a great doctor, however I will never see him again due to his horrible front office staff......such a shame! The best, called office got right in same day for a nasal fracture and have surgery in AM, great FRIENDLY staff and physician has a great bedside manner. Could not be more pleased, 5 stars all the way!

Very unpersonable. Does not listen to concerns of parents. My son has eat infection after eat infection, 3 sets of tubes. I questioned whether something else could be going on and he dismissed me. I heard him talking to someone in the hallway about how parents don't know what they are talking about. A year later, son was diagnosed with common variable immunodeficiency.

Poor follow through. Waited two weeks for a referral and finally got another doctor to take care of it.

My experience was horrible! Took a month to schedule to an appointment to be seen which I can understand. Every time I talked to one of the receptionists was horrible. All of the women working the phone either had an attitude or just sounded mean. Plus they extend their lunch hour by turning their phone lines off ten minutes early and then taking their time turning them back on after they return. Then finally the day comes to see Angela the audiologist and they call me an hour and half before my appointment to tell me that she cant keep my appointment. I was angry. I took the day off and had a babysitter all set up for my kids. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone. My experience was horrible!
