Awesome experience at the office. Dr. Espjnoza was so enlightening on my condition, gave advise on how to eleviate thw problem and was thorough. I was so excited to see there were Christian says and a bible present. I'm excited to try his suggestions. He is an awesome teacher of vein issues!! What a blessed appointment. Everyone was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The appointment was thorough and efficient, and I could not be more pleased.

What a well organized group of people. All the folks in the office are on point and very good at their jobs. They shared more knowledge with me than I thought was possible. Within 10 minutes from when I got there, I was taken to an examination room. For approximately 1 1/2 hours, someone was with me , examining and giving me all all the information I needed to make decisions. I began my search for varicose vein relief 11 years ago. Three states and six providers later, I finally found successful care with Dr. Espinoza and his staff. My condition was diagnosed promptly and accurately and treated in a timely manner. The discouragement I'd felt from past experiences was quickly replaced with hope and gratitude as I felt relief from my symptoms. I truly couldn't recommend this practice more highly!

Great experience! I have had many procedures with great results. I highly recommend Dr. Espinosa and his wonderful staff. They have always been personable and professional!

I came here in June 2015, I got 2 procedures done.. one was he burned my veins & then 2nd one he removed them cuz the first procedure was a waste! When they removed the veins it left my leg with HUNDREDS of spider veins & two black circles on my upper thigh, my leg looks worse then it did before my 2 procedures were done.. my left leg still has the veracos & BULGING veins! Dr.Espinoza lied he is not a professional he is a ins. scammer... One year later an I am still angry in upset I am 38 years old & my left leg looks like a 80 year old... My opinion is stay away from this Dr.. patients be aware before n after pictures arent always what they seem to be! I'm really not sure what is going on in this office but I do know some of the office staff is definitely not trained correctly. They do not even know how to read a chart to find out if you had any procedures done. Some of the office staff are very very rude. The last girl I spoke with even accuse me of yelling when she was yelling at me and did not even give me a chance to explain why I was calling so I had to end up hanging up. No one like this should be working in a professional office.

I contacted them via email through the website and it took over a week to get a reply. I had requested a simple rough quote for a small tattoo removal. Their office manager was more like a cheap salesperson than an office manager. He was rude, mocked me, and would not give me a straight answer into their prices. He went on to bash the other laser removal practices in the area. While I cannot comment on the ability of their lasers to remove a tattoo, they sure must be great at getting rid of potential clients, professionalism, and tact. I personally enjoyed my experience here at Palmetto Vein. All of the questions that I asked were throughly answered and the staff made me feel well comfortable during my visits.

The Dr. and staff are very friendly. Dr. Espinoza explains everything thoroughly. The office is always very clean! I would recommend Dr. Espinoza!!

Dr. Espinoza and staff are like family to me. They have a concern for me just as though I was a part of their family. My treatment and care has been 'always' been done with great care and professionalism. I love the Christian environment.

My first visit in November, I was having severe pain in both legs. My veins were bulging out and were truly hurting. My cousin told me three years to have the surgery. She said it was minor surgery and the recovery would not take long. I kept putting it off and my legs got worse. Then I went to Dr. Hossler, she said I do not need to put off seeing a vein surgeon. She recommended that I see Dr. Paul Espinoza. I have already had my left leg done and I am waiting to get the right leg done. The pain is gone in that leg. I can sleep better and I know when the right leg is done, I will have peaceful sleep night. I would recommend Dr. Espinoza to anyone who has varicose veins.
