Paul Forman

Dr. Forman is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explains medical conditions and treatment options thoroughly. He asks a lot of questions about diet, lifestyle choices and family history in order to more fully understand you as a person. He emphasizes wellness and preventive care, and focuses on treating the whole person and not just a medical condition. I highly recommend Dr. Forman.

Dr. Forman sees our entire family and is truly a fantastic doctor. He is welcoming, gentle, well-informed about current studies, and genuine in his care for us. He listens well and explains things so clearly even our little children understand. We highly recommend him!

Dr. Forman is excellent in his field. I have seen many a doctor over the years, & this doc is most attentive. He actually goes through options of care plans, so each patient has input & say in their own healthcare proactivity. He is a believer in less-is-more, Re: medicines; he offers up suggested exercises, different diet options, & ways for prolonging life, to avoid us taking endless Rx meds. My family has firsthand come to know that Dr. Forman really gets to know his patients, & he cares. :)

This was my second visit and Dr. Forman took the time to explain how best to manage my health and he listened to my concerns. The only problem I ran into was with an office member who could not find my health insurance in their system. It was confirmed by another staff member, but she couldnt find it. She refused to call my provider and just berated my in front of another patient in the waiting room. It was stressful, unnecessary and wasnt the best conversation to have before a bood press. check
