The customer service in this location is nonexistent! When you call plan on waiting on the phone for at least 15 minutes before speaking to anyone. I have sat in the office while the receptionists chat with each other instead of answering the phone. When calling in with an existing elderly patient in acute pain I was told that he couldn't be seen by his primary care physician for three days. He could go to the immediate care locations instead. Save yourself time and avoid this office
