I waited one hour two different times to see Dr when I did meet with him it only lasted for 3 minutes each, he was always in a rush short with his responses, at one point I asked if he has cystoscope on site he simply said are you crazy I don’t have time for that right now. His office nurse said that there are two Drs in the practice and they could only get me in when a room opened. He performed surgery on me ( which was ok) post op follow up was poor at best . I’m going to find another Urologist who cares enough to care

Dr. Henson quickly diagnosed my problem, prescribed the correct medication, and told me exactly what to expect. He was absolutely correct on all counts. A very talented and efficient Doctor.

I go with my boyfriend to this dr office . These are the rudest nurse’s to all the old people !!!! I’m amazed every time I go in . The front desk girls are extremely rude . A lady named linda is very rude . Not to mention dr don’t have time to listen . Don’t go here .

The office is very poorly run, with poor communication to patients about location, parking, advance x-rays, meds, etc. Dr. Henson, while clearly knowledgeable, attempted to rush my wife through her appointment and surgery scheduling without giving her time to ask all her questions. He also became very defensive when she raised her concerns about the entire experience. If the situation wasn't urgent, we would be looking for a different doctor. We can not recommend. Insensitive and uncaring. I will never see him again.

Dr. Henson's office is poorly run, with mis-communications about location, parking, meds, advance x-rays and several other things. Dr. Henson attempted to rush my wife through her appointment and surgery scheduling, showing little regard for her concerns and anxiety about facing surgery. He also became very defensive when she shared her frustrations with the visit.

Dr. Henson did my kidney surgery...Saw him 2 weeks before kidney surgery. Wont see him again for 3 weeks. He sends his assistant next day to my room to tell me I was going home. She couldnt answer any of my questions, that I was asking, because she didn't do my surgery. You'd think a surgeon would come see you before/after surgery. Nope, not him. I just felt like a number in his wallet. Saw him once before surgery. Maybe a whole 2 mins. if that. Not sure, if Im going to even follow up.

He has handled my mother's care very effectively. She was repeatedly hospitalized for UTI last year under the care of another urologist, who left stents in place for months and failed to remove stones in both kidneys, yet refused to address either issue. Once I asked for a consult with another uro group, the stones & stents were promptly removed and her overall health has improved dramatically. No ER visits or hospitalizations sincd moving her to this practice. Thank you, Dr. Hensen

It was my first time seeing Dr Henson. I had a kidney stone blocking flow on my left side. He removed the stone and installed a stent. The stent was painlessly removed a week later. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care that I received. Kidney stones are no fun. But if you need treatment, I highly recommend Dr Henson and his great nursing staff.

Dr. Henson, saw me in a timely manner and was very professional. He answered all my questions, and walked me through his explanations. Great Doc!

For almost two years Dr. Henson assumed my prostate was a benign tumor even though the PSA levels were going up. When I could no longer urinate he decided I needed a turp operation, still saying the prostate was benign. When tissue was biopsied it came back stage 4 prostate cancer. He has killed me as sure as if he put a gun to my head. Do not use this doctor if you wish to live. I have changed doctors even though it is too late for me.

Possibly the worse dr we have ever seen. Makes you feel you are not worth the 2 minutes he may spend with you. Changed doctors after he wanted to do bladder cancer surgery for the third time without coming off blood thinner. I would not recommend him for anything. Also, has the rudest office staff.

My daughter saw him for several years. He was great for the 1st 8 years. She had a condition he should have caught and it virtually ignored us the last 8 visits we had with him. She had interstitial cystitis and another good Urologist found it. Would not recommend him to anyone.
