very verbally abusive towards his staff

This doctor has some serious anger issues.

Saw two ENTS there & couldn't figure out what was wrong w/ me.

he dont do great thay just training i went to the doctor he dont do anything for me even he dont see me the one who see me is student he training the loyola is trining for the patine

Dr. Jones appeared to be competent from the start. He examined my sinuses and throat in a way that was FAR less unpleasant than the ones other ENTs had performed. I been Dr. Jones patient for few years , I fell that he is very knowledgeable and has great matters .

Front desk was efficient and helpful. Nurses working with Dr. Jones were friendly and made the visit run smoothly.

Great ENT, M.D. Always addresses my medical needs with concise care. Great listener to the medical issue at hand. Thoroughly explains the process of the procedure needed to correct the problem. A physician that exceeds expectations.

Dr. Jones was amazing throughout the whole experience with my son getting tubes in his ears. He took the time to explain everything so that I could easily understand what the surgery would entail and was honest when I ask follow up questions.

My husband and I saw Dr. Jones in March 2020, and it's been a nightmare ever since. We were both charged a SURGERY CHARGE of $1300 each. We were not informed by Dr. Jones or his staff that we would be charged for this 1-minute look in our nose. I repeatedly called Loyola and Dr. Jones' office to no resolve. Dr. Jones did not inform us that looking at our nose would cost $1300 or considered a surgery. If he said surgery I would have stopped right there and said no, I need to talk to my insurance company. I did ask him why since we had CT Scans why couldn't just look at that. He runs up the bill with charges we were not aware of. He will not return all phone calls. His office states the doctor has no idea that there are charges for various procedures. I'm questioning if this is a violation of the False Claims Act but Dr. Jones has not returned my calls to discuss this.

My wife and 2 boys went in last week (thur) to have a 11am appt. with Dr. Jones. They were 2 minutes late and signed in at the front desk via the receptionist. After waiting in the reception area for over 30 minutes with 2 boys under 4 the receptions said:" the Dr went to lunch because you were late. Want to reschedule?" My wife chose to go to a different more courteous Dr's office. The Dr. and his staff should be ashamed of themselves for this disgraceful behavior towards their patients. Removed my son's (4 years old) tonsils because they were causing several complications. He was a very pleasant and had a great bedside manner with him. He explained everything to my wife and I and why the procedure was needed. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Dr. Jones for taking care of my son like he was your own!
