If it was possible to give zero he would get it! I cannot begin to express the level of disrespect he presents to his staff and patients. He arrogance and condescending speech makes you as a patient feel worthless and helpless. I would recommend he have his license revoked!

This man should not have a license. He orders tests that already have been done and is DEFRAUDING TAXPAYERS BY FAKING MEDICAL CARE. He and Novant Health need to be investigated for their lack of providing minimal STANDARDS OF CARE FOR THE BILLING OF SERVICES THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE! Scooby Doo would do a better job coming up with a diagnosis than this Cretan. ???? (Translation: ????????given only on special occasions). I hope words hurt because you people have hurt countless innocent people by ignoring their medical concerns, GETTING PAID, and getting away with it without any repercussions.

Long story short, Paul mcguire saw me maybe a total of five minutes, was dismissive about the (severe) level of pain i was in because my "vitals were good" and he had other patients to see. He did not listen to me, questioned me when I had a simple question and patted my hand in a very dismissive manner. I could go on and on but will be filing as many complaints as I can. I'd never been to the er and if I hadn't been in the amount of pain I was in, I wouldn't have been there. He seemed to think I was there for the fun of it and had not a care about my condition and pain. I would also give no stars if that were an option. He is a Horrible Dr. I finally went to the ER after days of shortness of breath. Got in, he came in and said whats going on. I told him. He said umm humm, umm humm. Left the room , I never saw him again. They ran 2 test. I laid in the bed for 6 hours , for another of what I'm assuming was a intern Dr came in and said , I don't know... Everything looked find and We don't know. Sorry. I said no idea at all of what could be going on. He said " I don't know" I said OK. He said if it gets worse come back, i said oh if i die come back. OK... The nurse finally had to explain to me what they checked for and they diagnosed me with VIRAL SYNDROME ...WHAT .... I hope he doesn't expect to be paid

ER doctor does not deserve this one (1) star! Arrogant, condescending, rude, unprofessional, and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I am surprised that Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center hired such an incompetent person who lacks interpersonal skills. He definitely snowed the interview panel or knew someone hire up. Pitiful and a disgrace to have him on your staff. In the past, I have received excellent patient care at Novant ER - Kernersville, but not this day. He needs to go! My grievance is on file. Dr. Mcguire is not fit to be a doctor. He has minus zero bedside manner, hurting patients and their families more than helping them. He does not treat people with respect and dignity and does not belong in any service profession. He is arrogant, and unprofessional.
