My son had his first appointment for braces today. I love how the staff spoke to my son directly to help him understand all the steps he needs to take in caring for his brackets and teeth. Dr. Miller and all of the staff are very friendly and seem really happy to help us navigate through this process. We’re so glad we chose Dr. Miller!

Dr Miller and his team are by far the BEST!!

Dr. Miller has been working with our son and does fantastic work. In the process of having our daughter start her orthodontic journey with him soon! Highly recommend him and his team.

Just bright my daughter there for the first time to begin her orthodontic journey where I started mine many many years ago. Still the same friendly and caring approach by Dr. Miller and his team. Consummate professionals day in and day out. Would recommend to anyone starting their journey.

about 20 years ago I started my orthodontic journey with Dr. Miller and team and today, my daughter starts hers. Even after all this time the office remains friendly and Dr. Miller and staff are still providing the high quality care they always have! Happy to be back (on the other side of the journey now)!

Carly was in this morning for her regular checkup. Never has she complained about the service she receives and we feel everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this morning the individual putting bands in her braces misguided the players/tool and it slipped cutting the back of her throat and she now has a soar on her top lip along with some swelling. She is a tough girl but when she left your office she was in tears due to the pain. I have never had any issues in the past and am hoping to not have any I. The future. Your office came highly recommended and I will also continue to recommend you. I am only writing this to make you aware of the situation from this morning and hoping it does not happen to others or in the future. I am a little disappointed there was no phone call to me about the incident or recommendations made to relieve some of the pain she has from the cut in the back of her throat.

My daughter had her braces through Dr. Miller. She now has them off but still sees Dr. Miller for routine check ups. This summer she chipped her front teeth. I could not find any dentist in the area to help me. (It was a Friday evening). Dr. Miller came in his office and helped us when no one else would! He is wonderful as well as all the staff he employs.

After several years and three schools (as my son reminded me), we were given the freedom pass ... and a date for his braces to come off! We have been seeing Dr Miller and his team for several years now and both of my daughters have orthodontics. Surely they have super busy days but it never shows because they connect with you every time you visit. The team is warm and welcoming every time. Dr Miller is so respectful and explains what the plan is each time. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Miller and his wonderful work family have been simply amazing to work with over the last 13 years. Recently my youngest was in to see Dr. Miller, first thing he asked how are you doing? Grace proceeded to tell Dr. Miller about her recent visit to Children’s Hospital. Dr. Miller processed to tell her that God would take care of her and that he would pray for her. Dr Miller, Ms Jenny and Ms.Kelle as well as the rest of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. I began taking my oldest son at age 7/8 (about 10 years ago) and now taking my youngest. I highly recommend! Most think Ortho treatment is only for teeth, but it’s for overall health for your jaw also. Taking your kids in sooner helps overall for your teeth and helps grow jaw bone for less crowding. The younger the better before the palette is fused completely. Helps aid in less procedures in the future. Dr. Miller and his staff are very professional. My daughter had a misaligned jaw and an overbite and her teeth are absolutely beautiful now. They were aligned properly so she won't have any jaw problems later. We always got in to our appointments on time and were on our way in a timely fashion. Their office does some giveaways and fun contests occasionally, which adds a little extra to the experience. I never met a single person on Dr. Miller's staff who wasn't friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Best of the best! I would highly recommend Dr Miller. Everyone is professional, kind, friendly and polite, the atmosphere is comfortable, organized and clean and very kid friendly. The whole office is a well oiled machine, service is prompt and appointments are punctual. Dr Miller has excellent bedside manner, is personable, gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He and the staff genuinely care about the kids, and their teeth. We have NEVER had a issue in the past 7 yrs, and 3 kids. Appontment reminders are sent a day or two prior to appts, which are AWESOME. We are getting ready to start our 4th child in braces, all have been provided by Dr Miller and his wonderful staff. They are so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable in all that they do. I would highly recommend them to provide orthodontic care to all ages. Our family also loves the music/videos that are play on the screen back in the treatment area. We knew our children would need braces in the future. Although they're not ready for braces yet, they've had their first orthodontic consultations w/Dr Miller & his staff. Each of our children were evaluated and given pre-orthodontic guidance. We now come in for follow up appointments. Every visit has been a pleasant experience for us all...always informative, friendly, professional, receptive to our questions etc. We feel peace of mind having our childrens pre-orthodontic care guided by their office; & we know their future orthodontic care will be in good hands.

This is the most efficiently ran doctor/dental office I’ve ever seen. I appreciate the staff who is great with children. Anita, was our dental hygienist today. She is awesome! I love that the doctor doesn’t keep his office short staffed. Aside from his incredible knowledge and expertise, this is one of the reasons why he is such a quality doctor. A doctor is only as good as his support staff. If you want the best orthodontist in Quincy, go so him!

Dr.Miller and his staff were always kind. They were patience when I had questions. Both of my children had to have braces, and they both had very different treatment tracts. Dr. Miller treats the issues in the mouth. It's not one size fits all. He knows that it is important to keep all your teeth. He tries makes your teeth fit into your mouth. With different devices. We thought my daughter would need to have some teeth pulled. She had a crowed small mouth. He reassured us, and fortunately, she was able to keep all her teeth. Simply amazingly. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff for your Orthodontic needs.
