Awesome ????

I’ve had at least six dentists before Paul Perpich. I think he is the most gentle one yet. I’ve broken three teeth this past year and appreciate how quickly he has scheduled me. Sometimes after business hours. I’m not looking forward to his retirement. He’s a tough act to follow!

Rudely unprofessionalism and unnecessarily painful

Dr perpich is a great dentist. I've been a patient of his for over a decade and he has been just wonderful!!! His receptionist is very nice and it's always a comfortable experience. 2 locations make it very convenient. He's fit me in when I've had a bad abscess and it's awesome to have a nice caring dentist!

Have been going there for years hubby also the best around....the receptionist is also the best around ....

Dr. Perpich fit me in for repair of a broken tooth, I was able to have Brunch with family after all. So Grateful that Hes in the area..

Great place. Great dentist! Wonderful place. So very pleased with Paul as a dentist and all around wonderful person. He has really helped my family in times of dental needs. I would recommend him to anyone.

After going to Dr. Perpich for 25 years and spending thousands of dollars, his office recently refused to see me! As I am now a senior and on MA insurance, he can't make the full amount that he charges for his services. The bottom line is that money is more important to this doctor then care of his long-term patients. Shame on him!

I saw Dr. Perpich just this morning. He is an amazing man! So knowledgable, caring and honest. he has a way w/ words, like no other. I felt completely cared for. he is a man full of wisdom!!

I went in to replace a filling that had fallen out. I was comfortable the entire time and my tooth feels so much better! Dr. Perpich is incredibly nice and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone in the central lakes area.

Dr. Perpich is great. He knows teeth well. He was able to efficiently fix a problem tooth that a previous dentist had mishandled. I experienced no pain during this procedure and have a tooth in much better shape than before he started.

Dr. Perpich had no problems addressing my concerns, and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure.

I'm always impressed with my visits to Dr Perpich. He and his staff show concern for me, telling me what is going to be done (no surprises), and making me feel at ease -- which is not easy because I've had a painful history of dental work done by other dentists. I've received valuable tips on how to get better dental hygiene --example: I have a small mouth, small teeth; solution to plaque was to use a kids' toothbrush, which they remember from visit to visit. Also, I'm always greeted by name -- and correct pronunciation.

Friendly guy and explains what he is doing as he goes. Got me a brand new crown and feeling grateful he was able to do all this work in one visit. Thank you Dr Perpich.

One of my veneers let loose. Dr. Perpich & staff addressed the situation promptly. Was given an appt. in less than a weeks time. The veneer was re-attached. During the whole time, Dr. Perpich explained each step of the process. As well as asking if I was comfortable. The efficiency, kindness, & professionalism are always evident. Their dedication to their profession is truly recognized.

Several years ago I switched dentists when I had a crown loosen and fall off. When I tried to make an appointment with the Smile Center in Deerwood that had done the crown work I was told that I would first have to have a complete check up. When I said all I needed at the time was to have the crown re-glued I was told I couldn't get in for at least a month to have that done. I asked the person if she was serious and she said yes. Goodbye, said I. I then called a dentist in Crosby who had done the most previous work and I was told I would have to have a complete check up before they would re glue the crown. I asked to speak to someone "higher up" in hopes I could reason with someone and get the crown re glued. The next person was even more adamant that I could not get an appointment unless first having a complete check up. I reminded her that my need was to have the crown glued back on. No matter, said she. So that ended that. I then called Dr. Perpich's office and was immediately successful at getting a timely appointment without listening to any requirement of having to first have a complete check up. Dr. Perpich noticed that a little work needed to be done before putting the crown back on and then re glued it. Before leaving I made an appointment to have a check up and cleaning. I've been a customer now for the past 3 years and have been very satisfied!

I was in some serious pain, and Dr. Perpich made me feel human again. I was able to chew my food without having to only chew with my front teeth.. Thank You, Dr. Perpich.!!

My first visit at Dr Perpich’s office was excellent. Friendly and efficient staff. Dr Perpich gave me a very thorough cleaning. As a retired dental assistant. I would highly recommend his office.

From toddler to adult, Dr. Perpich and entire staff care for patients as if they are family. I have had yearly exams, twice yearly cleanings, x-rays, complicated procedures and restorations at Dr. Perpich's practice. He is honest and friendly, explains what is needed, performs the highest quality work each visit with no pain and has fun tools like a camera to show what he sees in my mouth and a machine that makes custom fitted fillings and crowns in the office. Brianna, the hygienist that usually takes care of me, is cheerful, thorough and gentle. I recommend this practice to everyone looking for a dental "home" for the top notch, trust worthy care.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had to call and cancel an appointment due to a sudden illness and the lady was so rude. The original exam was in the Ironton office and when we made the fillings appointment we made it for the Nisswa office since that had the soonest available. I also asked to make 2 appointments so that we wouldn't have to wait so long between appointments and she said she couldn't due that. After I canceled I asked to reschedule and she stated that we were not allowed to go back to the Ironton office now. The next available appointment is 8 weeks out!!! When I asked why they are so far out all of a sudden she said they took on 20 new patients last week and if people would stop canceling they wouldn't have to wait as long. I asked her to send me a release form for my records as I will be going elsewhere. HORRIBLE customer service. I had to call and cancel an appointment due to a sudden illness and the lady was so rude. Dr. Perpich was nice... but the receptionist has HORRIBLE customer service. I had to call and cancel an appointment due to a sudden illness and the lady was so rude. Long story short.. they are suddenly 8 weeks out on appts because of 20 new patients and people canceling. I told her to send the record release form as we will be going elsewhere due to her rude attitude.
