Dr. Paul T Rubery

Dr. Paul Rubery changed my life with a Microdiscectomy surgery. I had a crushed disc on a nerve. I tried everything for moths. Physical Therapy, Bed rest , and Chiropractic treatments . The pain in my back and legs was so bad that I wanted to be paralyzed. I went to another specialist first who discounted my pain. Dr. Rubery took one look at me and my MRI results and said we will get you into surgery ASAP. He was clear that outcome could not be 100% guaranteed as it was near the spinal cord, and they can’t see and do everything. The day I went to surgery, the pain was so bad that I had to get out of my wheelchair and lie on the floor on the way in. One day later, I wanted to dance as the pain was gone. It is still gone, I am so fortunate.

Dr. Rubery performed a spinal fusion with cage on me 15 yrs ago I was up walking the next morning and have never had a problem since. I can't thank him enough.

This is an amazing man who is honest, knowledgeable and a perfectionist (a good thing in a doctor). Fifteen years ago, Dr. Rubery treated our our son for scoliosis. He eventually had to have corrective surgery and Dr. Rubery did a fabulous job from beginning to end. He talked directly to his patient and helped him through more than just the mechanics of the procedure. As difficult as it was, he has never regretted the surgery, has never had any complications and enjoys a normal life thanks to Dr. Rubery. We are forever grateful for his advocacy and expertise he showed our son. This is an amazing man who is honest, knowledgeable and a perfectionist (a good thing in a doctor). Dr. Rubery is kind and thorough. I had suffered for months before I saw him. He ran some tests and had answers for me quickly. I've referred several people and will continue to refer people to him. He is a top level doctor.

Dr. Rubery did my lumbar fusion surgery over 9 years ago. It was his skill and expertise that allowed me to heal well and enjoy my retirement. At 75 years of age I am still walking, driving, and spending many hours a week volunteering at a job I love. Thank you so very much, Dr. Rubery. Life is good.

Will hurry through your surgery & potentially do a lot of damage. If your surgery is a failure, he will deny this & won't help you; other than to waste time@money for $500 visits of 10 min. where he does NOTHING. I swelled up terribly right aft surgery. He tried to claim it wasn't from the surgery. Also, I was held hostage 9 hrs prevented from urinating aft surgery cause of the many mistakes in medication etc.. No one tool ownership.I should have sued!. My reg doct shocked at how bad they were

We couldn't ask for better care and communication. Dr. Rubery is an amazing surgeon and was fantastic with my daughter.
