Dr. Paul Vigo

I have taken multiple family members to Dr. Vigo and found him personable and genuinely interested in our problems. I have no doubts about his medical judgment. However, I have been misled multiple times about how office visits and/or testing would lead to treatments, but then he changes the plan and we have to go in again. At best, it is poor organization, but it feels like the goal is to churn more office visits. And the telemed is an now an easy way to extract another office visit reimbursement. These about-faces have cost me valuable time and created havoc because I made plans based on what I was told at first.

LOVE the nurses and doctors on staff! Reception could use a lot of work. I showed up early to my appointment and the woman at the front desk on 4/28/22 was incredibly rude. Not only did she insist on lying about my appointment time she badgered me, looked down on me, and continued to reprehend me. Never met a receptionist so rude that made me feel uncomfortable. I hope this behavior changes otherwise my family and I will need to go anywhere else. Really spoils the entire appointment and is unbecoming of a doctors office. LOVE the nurses and doctors on staff! Doctor Vigo has such a great bedside manner as do his medical staff. Allergy shots changed my life! I constantly recommend this office to friends.

A brilliant diagnostician. Innovative. Has techniques that older allergists have not caught up with. I had asthma that no allergist or pulmonologist could deal with. I was using rescue inhalers 20-40 times a day. I now go for months without using rescue inhalers at all. Top recommendation here.

Spent 6 months on an ALLERGY search, while Dr. Vigo ignored my concern it was SCABIES from a tattoo artist. This often resulted in me paying for blood testing to see if I am allergic to my own blood... I'm not... I paid out of pocket after the year because my insurance wouldn't cover it. Went to a walk in clinic, didn't mention Dr. Vigo, and described my symptoms. At this point, I wasnt sleeping, husband and I had separated, and the walk in clinic doctor said "one way to find out!" And handed me an RX for permethrin. 5 seconds after application I had complete relief. I couldn't and still can't believe what a scam I fell for. Dr. Vigo is unable to maintain his hippocratic oath and saw me as a money pit for his own interests. I warn everyone I meet. This doctor won't listen to you and will do the most expensive and invasive procedures first before even exploring let alone admitting he may be wrong and it may just be a common parasite. For 8 years,I had gone to many doctors for my problems and Dr. Vigo was able to diagnose my problem after two visits. I am always going to be grateful for his assistant. My life is so much better after he diagnose my illness.

Friendly, kind, and funny doctor. Could diagnose me immediately and spent a lot of time talking to me about my condition in detail. Enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgable.

More interested in your money than your health. Charges considerably more for allergy drops than elsewhere, requires multiple appointments before giving you the drops, charges you for appointment cancellation. Not recommended.

Great Dr. who gives great care

Dr. Vigo & the AAC medical Team SAVED MY LIFE during an office visit. My condition, suddenly unexpectedly became Critical during the visit. O2 sats dropped to 80. I was now in the office treatment room, surrounded by 5-7 medical staff. The TEAM lead by Dr. Vigo worked diligently on me after 3 "Epi" shots had No immediate effect. I am Alive & Able to leave this review because Dr. Vigo &Team know how to do the job even when it's Critical Life or Death. I am Grateful to Dr. Vigo & The Team

I was sent my my primary care physician to see Dr. Vigo for my severe allergies. During the spring and fall seasons, I had sinus infections and asthma from my allergies. I did not have to wait long to get in to see him. I found Dr. Vigo very attentive! He listened to my problems and came up with a plan that he explained very well to me. In the end, I chose to do the "allergy drops" that he had specifically formulated for me. I put it under my tongue daily to control my symptoms and at the same time give me lasting protection from my allergies. THIS has been life-changing for me this past year! I am dragging my wife and kids since they are all like me, and they will be doing the drops as well. Thanks Dr. Vigo and thanks to flex spending!
