Paula Ardron

Dr. Ardron has been treating my son for an immune deficiency for 14 years. All of a sudden last month she decided to not treat him anymore. Her reasons were because he is away at college. The problem with that is that he’s been away at college for 2 years and she never had a problem till now. He has been willing to come back for every appointment and we take him his medicine. Without his life saving medicine he will likely die within a few years. There are no other Kaiser immunologists here in Bakersfield, besides her partner, so we don’t have any options. I can’t believe a dr who took an oath to care for patients would drop him for no reason. By the way, Kaiser does not have a problem covering my son while he is away at college. This is just a problem with this dr. Unfortunately we can’t change insurance for 10 months. And I’m not willing to stand by and watch my son get sick because of the incompetence of this dr. There is no way we can afford his extremely expensive medication.

She solved my chronic sinus infection issues due to allergies. She is amazing and one of very few doctors I look forward to seeing.
