All of my kids have been seen by Dr. Franklin - 2 are now adults and were so sad to have to go a new doctor (for adults) but she still see's my youngest. We love her and she is really caring in her interactions with the kids along with the staff.

I've outgrown the peds practice unfortunately. This was my PCP as a child for 18 years (I'm now 27 yrs. old).... I recently thought about her, and how great she was to me as I was growing up. I would recommend her to anyone in this area. She is an outstanding physician, and an amazing down to earth person who only wants the best care for her patients. I've never had an unpleasant visit. Anyone who says otherwise was having a bad day, or something do do with THEM. Dr. Franklin is a rockstar, and I will always give credit when it's due. Thank you Dr. Franklin for taking care of me for 18+ years! Now, I'm working as a nurse through COVID in the unit as a pulmonary function technician, and she doesn't even know how much she impacted my life. Best doctors and nurses ever. I have came here since i was in first grade and now all 4 of my children come here. The whole office is like family to our whole family.

Waiting 2 hours to see the doctor. Don't make no plans after your appointment cause it's a all day affair to be seen
