Dr Usis is a great practitioner. I’ve had gynecological issues over the years and she always returns my calls when I call with questions or problems. She always knows what is in my records before she calls so she is able to answer my questions and deal with my problems.

Dr Usis is great but her support staff / office is not good!

Caring, compassionate doctor supported by a wonderful team.

After waiting on hold to talk to the office for 20 minutes I was then told They could not give the Dr my Message until I paid my bill from my recent surgery. This is bad practice. If something bad happens to me heads will roll.

Difficult to schedule appointments. Problems with paperwork and test results. Had to follow up over and over again for simple things. Lost results. Not prepared for appointment. Etc.
