Horrible wait times always more than hour wait even with appointments. Not reliable with getting scripts in, go elsewhere

The worst. Never received calls for all my labs done at least two times a year over at least 8 years!!!

Wish they were as worried about helping people and finding out whats really wrong with them as they are about billing

Thank you for answering personally, patiently, and so kindly to my unexpected call, Dr. Cristiano. I greatly appreciated the care Tuesday, even if it was only 1 minute advising a diplomatic plan for my out-of-state appointment in the PNW. The 2 emergency room and 2 urgent care visits in May made things difficult to manage processing times, and your help really made the difference. I wasn’t able to follow up with staff as initially thought - but I have received prompt care from your office since, and will be following up soon. After 9 years away, I would still recommend this Physician. Thanks for partnering with my Seattle Health Care Team. I visited this doctor without insurance for a bacteria infection. Went in first visit, got tested, then left with treatment prescribed. Got a call one week later to come I'm for additional testing for same reason, again without insurance, which I explained several times. I felt this was unnecessary but the doctor lady insisted this be done. After paying office 150.00 I received a lab bill for additional 775.00. This is extremely frustrating. One office visit for bacteria infection now cost me 1000.00. This is why people don't go to the doctor. I also asked for paperwork about my diagnosis and was given nothing. No one ever answers the phone. You can leave call back numbers, but they don't call back. Frustrating and unacceptable.

Have been seeing Dr C and his staff for over 10 years. and receive the best care. I always recommend this practice to coworkers, friends and family.

He is a good listener and good at diagnosing illnesses. Dr. Cristiano cares about his patients. I give him 5 stars. Carol - Leavenworth, KS

he is always available I have called him on a Sunday morning and he answers his own phone. he is the only doctor in this town that goes to the hospital to see his patients. I don't know where i would be without him.

It has been a nightmare trying to work with them in regards to my mother's care.

Save yourself time and find an educated doctor who cares. Nurses are rude and unprofessional. Facility is dirty and smells of mildew

You will not find a better doctor. He truly cares for his patience. 5+

He is very good about listening to the patients and asking questions to really be able to make the right diagnosis.

I like it here. Everyone is friendly except for one practitioner nurse. That’s y they are missing one star. Otherwise, they are helpful and they get me in on the same day appointments. I love Val! She’s wonderful!

I really like this doctor's office. I was just dropped from my parents insurance and won't be covered until Novemeber through my jobs insurance. I am type1 diabetic and could not afford my insulin seeing it was 1300.00 for a month supply. Debbie M.D. did not hesitate to give me a few samples and a meter to make sure I could make it this next month. They were very thoughtful and I couldn't thank them enough. The nurses are great too very nice and helpful. Thanks again. I really like this doctor's office. Horrible! Terrible patient care and ignorant billing department.

I went in with horrible back pain to Dr. Cristiano's office and was treated like a drug attic.. looking for drugs.. They gave me a shot in my back that was supposed to help in 45 seconds.. As it did nothing. The nurse was more concerned about a piss test than how I was feeling when they took the X-ray.. The nurse aggressively pushed both my legs down on the table then said be a big boy. . I was about in tears.. I was told by the doctor to take some aleve and try not to think about it.. I went to another doctor, found out after having a MRI, that I had a ruptured disc and At Dr. Cristiano's office, they never even asked me to get up..look @ my back. .ask where my pain was ..nothing. I had to ask the doctor to sit down and come back.. He left after being in the room for maybe a minute.. I wanted to explain what was going on & he looked at me and said, I'm sure thats painful.. as he walked out. Has been our doctor for over 25 years. Does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. Has always been there for our whole family.

Not only have I worked with Dr. Cristiano but have been a pt of his for many years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and would never consider changing drs. He is there when I need him and always returns my calls. I sometimes have to wait a bit to see him but I know there are instances when he has had to spend more time with me than was expected. I love my Dr.

My husband saw the PA...his blood sugar was too high. Gave him a Glucose Meter and had a A1C ran. Said if it was over 6 he would need script for Metformin. At the same time a CT Scan scheduled, she stated she would call us withthe results. That was on a Thursday...we waited.On Tuesday I called....never called. Thursday I again called and left my number....was never called. Friday I once again called was told A1C was6.1 but didn 't know what PA was going to do ..no CT yet results 3 weeks later!

Do not trust the doctors at this practice. I went here because its the cheapest option if you don't have health insurance and was looking for relief to chronic tension headaches id been having for two months. First time I went I was prescribed 3 medications one of which was a steroid. That one in particular caused me to be tachycardiac (fast irregular heart rhythm) for almost two weeks. Because I thought I had new symptoms that might be serious I went back and they admitted me after an EKG to St. Johns, where Dr. Cristianos is on staff, for 24 hrs of monitoring. I was released after 15hrs and told I was having a reaction to a drug his office prescribed me. After spending almost 5,000, which was basically my entire savings, on medical bills that I've paid in full I'm still receiving bills from St. Johns and all I received at the hospital was a bag a saline, blood and urine tests and two cold meals. In short go to an actual doctor and no one that pays himself twice. Do not trust the doctors at this practice. Dr Cristiano saw me for the first time on an emergency basis. I was driving home and had chest pain. I was not made to wait, fill out forms etc. He got me healthy and back on the road in good time.

Told I needed further testing and they would schedule. Was in excruciating pain. Never got scheduled. Couldn't speak to a human when I called. Was always sent to voicemail. No return calls after several messages were left.

just an outstanding physicin there when I need him he takes his own calls knows me and has helped me on weekends t o call meds in when I needed them very professional and outstanding.
