I left this practice for several reasons. I wont get into their failure to correctly diagnose a simple skin condition in my baby for 5 weeks of trying. What really did it for me is that they refuse to answer a question unless you schedule a billable "telehealth appointment" with one of their nurses. For a first time mom, this is just impossible. Questions come up, and while I don't mind paying for the big ones, there is a point at which I think they're taking advantage of their patients and the insurance companies. It would have been nice if they had told me about their policy when I had the consultation with them before I had my baby. I would have found a different doctor before he was born. It's hectic enough having a newborn without having to find a new pediatrician on top of that. I have since found a nice practice in the Northwell group. All of the doctors there are great and they have a portal through which you can ask questions. I left this practice for several reasons. We Love dr gergely he has the loveliest sence of humer and or girls just love daniele and Jennette they are not just or health care workers they are or friends best and loveliest doctors and staff by far

Gergely and the whole staff are wonderful. They are always friendly and willing to have a conversation. I have never felt rushed and they are so amazing with our little guy. This practice is another feather in the cap for any Philipstown Parent.

We absolutely love Dr. Gergley. He has a great sense of humor, a wonderful outlook on life, makes his patients feel special and is the best doctor my son has ever seen. We have moved and will miss him terribly. Highly-Very highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor.

Both my children have gone to Gergely for all their lives. The commitment to taking care of Them has been nothing short of awesome.

Phenomenal doctor and staff! I have never had a problem and I have never felt rushed out. I have also never waited long to see the doctor or any of his staff! I am so happy to have found such great caregivers for my child.
