Great visit. In and out with efficiency and job completed in a painless manner. We shared a few laughs during my visit.

Called in pain in two teeth, was seen immediately, treated friendly and professionally by Dr. Pete, Catlin and Heidi. One filling repaired and told to see a local dental specialist to have a root canal done on the other paining tooth.

Dr. McAllister and June, my dental hygienist, are really great--friendly, caring and efficient.

I felt very safe having my regular cleaning today. The protocols followed, calling in from the parking lot, masking until seated, gargling with a peroxide rinse, and the dental hygienist wearing a shield while cleaning my teeth were all in place. The staff are professional and skilled.

Peter McAllister has been my whole family’s dentist for more than 20 years. The facility is friendly, warm and comfortable. Staff keeps up with professional development and have changed practices as new tools and techniques for dental care are identified. Dr McAllister has explained choices and options for my aging teeth as I have needed crowns, root canals or extractions. I cannot recommend them enough!

I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately interviewed over the phone in my car. After screening I was immediately taken to a treatment room for cleaning and prophylaxis. Emily was very exact and did a wonderful treatment. You won’t fine a better team for dental services.

Dr. Peter is a very nice person, easy to talk. He is so knowledgeable that I can say he will beat 99% dentists. His assistant Katelyn is a very experienced hygienist, who provides the best tooth cleaning experience to her customrs. The front desk staff are also very kind and try their best to make you feel at home. I look forward to coming back in 6 months!

An ancient filling developed some behaviour problems. An appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and the behaviours discovered were unfavourable to long term dental health. A "crown" was suggested and off to the dental mini marathon we went. Treatment was with utmost comfort and courtesy, I add proficiency. Three days after the procedure and my dental corporation feels like nothing happened, of course something did happen, the anomaly is fixed. This afternoon I had my first appointment with Emily to have my teeth cleaned...and what a wonderful experience it was. I had never had an ultrasonic water experience as part of the procedure. My teeth feel so clean that a smoothie will have to do for dinner tonight! Emily is an accomplished hygienist who works efficiently with the latest available instruments. X-rays that are digital and don't need developing were also taken. I feel full confidence in the quality of work performed. Kate is always a most hospitable receptionist and works hard to accommodate appointments. Dr. Collins, my former wonderful dentist and friend, certainly made this transitional with his retirement painless. A few months ago, Dr. McAllister made an crown for a back molar in a single visit using a machine that molds 3D in short order. When it was cemented in, there was no adjustment and it felt as though it had always been there and has continued to be completely comfortable. The whole procedure was painless and a relaxing experience. I strongly recommend this practice!

I had a first visit today to Peter McAllister's practice in Topsfield. All the staff I met were very pleasant and friendly. I was eating dinner a week ago when I noticed something hard while chewing, then soon realized I broke a corner of a tooth off. I put off calling the dentist for a week, but finally did. They said come right over, and Dr. McAllister examined it and filed it down so it was no longer rough. I have been going here for years and will continue for the foreseeable future. I am so thankful, so grateful to Dr McAllister, to Heidi, and Sonia for seeing me today!! I am a 12 year survivor of Stage 4 cancer of the jaw. My dental needs are complex owing to radiation. A tooth is bothering me. Heidi was able to get me an early appointment. By the time I arrived (8:30AM) they had all reviewed my records and knew much of the detail. Surprisingly, Dr McAllister thinks the tooth that is bothering me is not the one I pointed to, but another further down the line? He was able to Xray and assess the issues, and will consult with my oncologist and Dr Sherwood (oral surgeon) to determine the solution. I felt comfortable, and in very capable hands. With all the experience I have with medical personnel, I think I am able to judge quality when I see it. Here I see a very caring and professional approach by people I really like. Thank You all.

I'm a brand new patient of Dr. McAllister's.
