He was friendly and was not dismissive of my pain. Willing to try to help.

I am 60-years old and very active. Dr. Rienzo was able to see me quickly which was the first plus. I am a new patient of his now and was suffering terribly from strained back muscles, back spasms and a herniated disc. Dr. Rienzo was on time, professional, caring and thorough in my examination. He took the time to listen to me, explained what was going on in my spine and then assured me that his course of therapy that he recommended should alleviate my discomfort, pain and in short time have me back on me feet and free from pain. I had and have total confidence in what he offered. I would recommend Dr. Rienzo if you are otherwise active and now suffering with debilitating back pain that has immobilized you or is keeping you sedentary as mine was. I was unable to stand upright for 2-3 days before seeing him.

First time visiting a spinal specialist doctor. So I was, of course, a bit nervous He was very patient with all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions with real words not medical babble. Got my prescription sent quickly to my pharmacy. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible. Couldn't keep him in room long enough to answer my questions.Everything was rush rush. And don't even get me started on those surgeons in that office

Dr Rienzo has always been extremely professional, kind, and understanding. He listens to what you have to say; explains clearly what he finds and how to solve your problem.

Dr. Rienzo is truly concerned about his patients. He is there for you, listens to you, and does everything possible to help you feel better and have a better quality of life.

Terrible , Doesnt prescribe anything. the worst. wish I never wasted my time.

If I could give Dr Rienzo 0 stars I would. He gave me a trigger point shot right in his office, no warning of burning or inability to use my arm. Be allergic to local anaesethics, he decided I would have to weather an epidural in a massage chair wide away. Over and over he stuck me with a needles. The pain was excruciating. I was told to toughen up. The tears from my eyes soack the paper on the face ring so much so, it was stuck to my face. He is truly the worst Pain Management Dr BEWARE

A wonderful doctor. Dr. Rienzo is very patient and kind. He took time to explain my options and the procedures. My experience was very good. Doctor and his entire team should be congratulated on their professionalism and warmth. Treating my back pain became less scary thanks Dr. Rienzo.

Totally missed the obvious. It was right there, in black and white. He had an MRI report on his desk that stated there was a metastatic desease present (yes, CANCER). One would have thought he would lead with that information but instead he said got to PT and scheduled an epidural. Maybe he should try reading the MRI results before he just treats every patient the same and by the insurance requirements. What a bozo! I just wonder where he graduated in his class.....last?

Best physician I've seen. I had incapacity Neck pain. After 2 epidural injections I was back to full activities
