Great service! Everyone is so nice! And they do the best dental work!

I have extreme dental anxiety, and Dr. Thompson and his staff are so kind, patient, and encouraging. Darby, the hygienist, puts you immediately at ease, explains every step, and is very kind and understanding.

I want to thank Dr. Thompson and his staff for the awesome visit I had today. They did an amazing job on my dental work and made my visit comfortable and super friendly. I appreciate having these Dental professionals in our community and would highly recommend their services to anyone out their that wants a friendly and professional staff to do all their dental work. Outstanding professional staff!!!

I'm so happy I found this place in town after a friend referred me. I recently had a cleaning with Derby which was probably one of the best cleanings in my life. She was very thoughtful and thorough. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been 100% satisfied everytime. This visit was due to a broken tooth. They fit me in on the next business day and made the time to do the needed work that day rather than reschedule me. The whole staff really cares about you.

It was a very good experience. It was the best and most professional group of people in a dentist office. They made my visit so pleasant. This office has the latest and best office equipment for the patient benefit.

Highly recommend Dr Thompson, I have had several issues with my teeth. I am anxious about going to the Dentist, very inviting environment and staff make me feel so much better. Clean office, very happy they sanitize what they touch in the room, professional and friendly. The Dr is super nice and humble. Tooth aches are miserable and they care. Professional and patient oriented.

Dr. Thompson’s office visits make ‘going to the dentist’ FUN! It’s like visiting with friends and family every six months.

The best dentist and hygienist in New Mexico ! Always making sure you are comfortable and well taken care of ! I will always drive an hour and a half from Roswell!

Darby my Hygienist is so thorough with her care and teaching. She is very respectful and encouraging. I do so appreciate all she does! Good music.

I have been going to Dr. Thompson for several years and sad to say this is probably my first review. But driving from Hobbs to Portales for years will be a good indication of how much I prefer Dr. Thompson and his staff to going anywhere else. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Thompson and his staff make it so much better. That is a big deal to me. I have recommended them to a lot of friends and family and they all agree! Thank you Dr. Thompson and your great staff! The best people in the world. Treat you like family.

Was in and out everybody treated me right felt really comfortable!

The staff were all very professional and friendly. They were very thorough in all that they did and let you know exactly what they were doing.

Darby did a great job, she is a keeper! And now it is 6 months later and what do I think now...Darby is still awesome, she does need Pete to buy her a new wheeled exam chair since she always has to get the chair out of the other exam room.

Dr. Thompson and his team are simply Phenomenal! His chair side manner is the best I’ve ever experienced. Kristy, Isabell, Jessica, Stephanie, and Holly are Amazing. Thank you all for making my visit pleasant.

I just started my visits with them, but so far they have made me feel comfortable and they are not judgmental at all which really makes it feel like a good surrounding and safe. I love how they give you a tour and explain everything in detail with you and actually have a good conversation with you. I can actually say I look forward to continuing my visits to them and seeing the progress they have planned for me to feel better and confident with my teeth and hopefully soon with my smile. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable today. Dr. Thompson was super knowledgeable and spoke to me in layman’s terms and explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions.

I have always been self-conscious about my teeth, so I rarely smiled where it would show my teeth. As such, Dr. Thompson and his staff changed my outlook on life. Dr. Thompson and his staff take the time to explain the entire process, in my case dental implants, in detail and seeks your input with regard to what you are looking for. As he states, the process for implants is pain free. I truly appreciate what Dr. Thompson and his staff have done for me. They are awesome. The continuing care I receive with regards to my implants is awesome. The staff really cares about your teeth and health. Went in for my six month cleaning. Darby was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was outstanding!!! She let me know everything she was doing before she did it. She was very detailed oriented.

Dr. Thompson is the best dentist around. He has provided me and my family with the greatest care and professionalism. His office and team are five star. So, don't hesitate or be shy and schedule your appointment ASAP.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thompson's for about 6 years. I knew I needed to get to a dentist but I had some really horrible experiences with bad dentistry in the past and was very scared to try another it again. I had some issues. I had some pain. I saw a billboard that was nice and friendly and decided to call and talk to someone there to see if they could help me feel out the possibility of a good experience as well as learn what they could do for me. I explained that a very "well known and respected Beverly Hills Dentist to the stars" had wanted $100,000. Just to look at me and I had seen some of his work . Truely amazing. But I could not afford that much. I looked on the internet and saw some very famous people ..BIG STARS...who had at one point possessed incredibly bad teeth and had some serious work done and thought ....wow. Could that be me? Like it or not...we are all judged by our smile. I needed to do something because I was not going to get up every morning and put my teeth in my mouth from a glass. I was headed for that reality. It was inevitable. I had to do something. But who and where? So I talked to several people at different times from his staff and got some seriously good information about the way Dr. Thompson runs his show.( Make no mistake....this man is the Admiral of the ship!!!!) And had a pretty decent idea what to expect. I looked him up on the internet and found the man who was going to be my next dentist and hopefully the guy who was going to revive my smile. Time to man up. I was really scared and concerned just at the prospect of going to any dentist. I made an appt. Everything I was told by his staff and that I saw on the internet was true and more. As a dentist ,Dr Thompson has many qualifications, many certificates titles and credits; One of his best attributes is his compassion. He truely is a miracle worker. And has proven many times worthy of my trust. We made an agreement....AS LITTLE PAIN AS POSSIBLE. I had to work before and as soon after my treatments too. I have been very comfortable at every stage. I have had some major restorations ,crowns and total tooth replacement under sedation. I still can not believe I have had this much work done . It boggles my mind when I think how much work was and is being done and how painless and easy everyone there has made the whole process. It has been a group effort. The support staff has been incredibly supportive. From dealing with my insurance companies to the compassion the entire staff has shown me. It just could not have been easier. Safer, friendlier. It's like visiting with friends and family. The post visit care is unbelievable. Cleanings are very comfortable. The cost Vs. benefit is a very good bargain. The entire staff is professional and understanding. Although some of the staff has changed the quality of service and the patient respectfully demeanor has not changed. Kristi Jessica and Darcy are unbelievable. A total group effort. It has just been a painless joy! Smile in a day was possible. But I knew it would require a lot ...so we did it in medium steps. I am still in the process and looking back it just could not have been easier. The benefits have been worth it many times over. The smile I see in the mirror is almost where I want it to be.And getting closer with each visit. STAR QUALITY. Dr. Thompson was referred to me by my former dentist. This was my first appointment and I was impressed by the professional and kind staff.
