Judy is rude. She will speak to you like she’s your friend, even if she’s having a bad day. Very unprofessional. She doesn’t listens to my needs and she’s pushy.

I recently have a very good vist my autistic son had a accessed and the dentist I was taking him too assistant was very rude to me Monday when I took him and did little to help him , it was really a waste of money . I took him here for a second oppion and help they where very good with us , friendly and explain everything step by step . I really hope future vist stay like this one . Amazing people . This is the worst place ever, I went to check on my tooth and he said no Cavity the first time I went, but the second time I went to check on it because it was hurting me he still said nothing was wrong, and the third time I went still said nothing was wrong until I told him to check it better and then he said oh yeah ok it needs a filling so we put a filling on and it kept on hurting so we went back and then we told him that it hurt very badly still and he did a x ray and then he said that I have a root Canal. And now I have to get a root canal done. ???????????? These people will lie to your face with a smile. Everyone is really nice, but wow, they’re damaging the entire reputation of the dental industry just to make a buck. Go literally anywhere else, and if you do go here already, PLEASE go get a second or third opinion. Totally untrustworthy.

Front desk ladies were nice, the dentist wouldn't even work with my 2 yr old to get him to open his mouth, it was his first appt. Spoke to him as if he was older than what he is. Very disappointed.

I am almost certain my husband got pink eye from dirty glasses placed on him before his dental procedure. He says he remembers them being placed on his face/ eyes without cleaning or sanitizing them first. We will be looking for another dentist ASAP.

I haven't had many bad dentist experiences in my life. My previous dentist of ten years is in another state so this was my first taste of Kentucky dentistry. And I am highly pleased. Efficient, kind, good, and no pain. This will be my new permanent dentist in kentucky!!! And my teeth look beautiful.

Either dishonest or incompetent. As Reported: Went in for tooth pain, thought needed a filling but he said nothing was wrong, got a cleaning. ~6 months later, same tooth is still sensitive, he says now it needs a filling. Ok, whatever, finally. Then, during drilling the cavity, feel intense pain and raise hands and voice, he says he’s “almost done” instead of giving more numbing medicine. Very unpleasant, to put it lightly.

Excellent caring staff who treat you like family. They have a play area with toys for little kids. The best dentist.

I have been coming to Doctor Cornette's office for 16 years. Everyone here have always been pleasant, from the ones that's been here since my 1st day, up to the new ones that started in the more recent years. I have never had a bad experience, I bring all my children as well, and my parents also come here. Highly recommended!

Dr. Cornette’s office is exceptional and everyone is so nice and easy to communicate with. I found my experience very positive and I plan to return for my forever care! This is a “5 STAR” dental practice that you don’t want to miss out on!

After going to one of the big "chain" dentistry offices, such a great experience! All are so friendly from the receptionist, hygienists to the dentist. Dr. Cornette is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain when you have questions. Coming from somebody who hates going to the dentist, I would highly recommend!

Dr. Philip Cornette III is the best dentist one could ever hope for! I was very nervous at start, as I have always been absolutely terrified of any type of dental work. However, as I was getting one of those jaw/gum numbing shots, had I not opened my terrified eyes during the needle/injection, I would never have known I was getting the shot! It was completely pain free! Dr. Philip is the most caring and gentle dentist ever! You could not ask for a better dentist. I could not say enough good things about him! Moreover, the office staff and techs where very professional and super nice too; especially ( JUDY ) my favorite, I must admit! She is the best front office personnel one can ever walk into. Great Denist! Dr.Cornette and his staff are awesome...during our first routine check up he let me know that 8 yr old would need to see an orthodontist as well ( our previous dentist in VA had never said anything) but he needed a pallet expander...My son also broke most of one of his front tooth on a Friday evening (of course)but Dr. Cornette was able to get him in early Monday morning and fixed it. My husband works a strange schedule and they accompate...they also send text alerts for appointments which is super nice! Very happy at this dentist office Great Denist! Super friendly environment the staff make you feel as if you're at home verry polite the dentist is great each every time I've been in from my cleanings to my cosmetics great office overall and they actually listen to you on the services you want not just do what they feel

I am terrified of the dentist. But dr cornetts office the ladys are super sweet and as the dentist he makes sure that you are completly numb before he starts any work and the ladys will talk to you and make sure your ok. They also will explain anything to you that you dont understand.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cornette's for 15+ years. We were having issues with the dentist we were seeing so a friend of the family told us about Dr. Cornette. Every time we go in the office, we are welcomed with a Hey, how are you doing today! from Judy, the receptionist; and that environment continues on with the hygienist and Dr. Cornette. You are treated like you are part of an extended family. We never have to wait long to be seen, and the office is always clean.

The reviewer below must not have actually been in the office of Dr. Cornette. He is so family oriented and provides care for your teeth with a smile. His receptionist is wonderful. When I visited the same month that my dad had passed away, she prayed with me. Once, when I had to cancel an appointment and explained what was going on with me, she told me she would pray for me. The hygienists offer a good experience, too. They talk to you to keep your attention off what they are doing. I've hated going to a dentist who wouldn't use the nitrous. When he has to do any work, he makes sure the nerves are numb. I have experienced some pain in the past and he just stopped what he was doing and numbed the nerves more. When the work started again, I was good. My hygienist passed away unexpected since my last visit to the office. I know she will be just as awesome, but I will miss the first. If you are one of those scared people who hate to go to the dentist, you need to give Dr. Cornette a chance to help you get past it. This is probably the best dentist I've been to in years!!!! I've sent my mom, who use to be a dental assistant and is very picky about who she sees and the rest of my family. We all love Dr Cornette and his team. Everyone is so friendly and they are so genuinely nice.
