If your in need of medical care. Dr. Totonelly is where you need to go. He spends time with you providing a total exam , delving into all aspects of your issues . His staff is always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Totonelly explains what if any medical condition you are experiencing, and begins on a course cause treatment to best address your problem . He does so without subscribing unnecessary medication.

I went for endovenous ablation and ended up experiencing vasovagal syncope on the table. Dr. Totonelly acted rapidly, efficiently and caringly. Got my heart rate and BP back to normal in a few minutes. Staff was wonderful - held my hand as he worked to bring me back to homeostasis!

Dr Totonelly and his staff was very friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating to my schedule as I am very busy. I was happy with my visit and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Dr. Totonelly performed an ablation procedure on my left leg that did not need to be done. My leg looks worse than it did prior to the procedure. My leg is now painful and numb in some areas. I went for a consult with another doctor who said I only needed schlerotherapy to clear up my spider veins (which was not offered to me by Dr. Totonelly) and that this doctor did nothing for me but make my leg worse. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

I went to this physician because of the doctor's reputation and was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and professional. I had an insurance issue and the front desk manager helped me resolve it very quickly. My legs were killing me, I'm a teacher. Now the pain is gone. I can also go swimming without embarrassment. Kudos to Dr. T and the staff. You are a blessing to the community.

I had my first consultation today for a vein problem that I’ve had for the past five years. The office staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I feel very lucky that I have found Dr. Totonelly. I finally found A Doctor Who could actually help me !

March 15th I went to see Dr Philip Totonelly the cardiologist for the first time as a new patient it was very disturbing during these presidential times the way that office operates in Fishkill New York The, he does not wear masks or gloves while touching you. I assumed the doctor would be wearing a mask because he gets very close to you during examination. To my surprise when he walked in he had no mask on. When he started the Varicose Vein procedure, i let him know that it hurt and he did not believe me and wanted to continue sticking needles into my second leg having already failed on my first. He said well if you don't like it you can find some other doctor to see. He then turns his back away from me and began to walk out of the examining room door. Very arrogant, nasty and gave me no explanation on anything.

Dr. Philip Totonelly is the best cardiologist I have experienced. He is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator. I have total confidence in him and recommend him wholeheartedly. I have been to many other physicians and he spent more than 45 minutes with me and created a care plan all the while answering all my questions. The staff and office manager are outstanding and I am ecstatic that I found this practice.

Office was open in these difficult times. Staff and Doctor made you fell at home! Doctor was fantastic

I was so nervous to finally get my legs done but, Dr. Totonelly and his staff made me feel so comfortable. Every staff member from the Office Manager Marie at the front desk to the ultrasound technician who scanned my legs were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Totonelly to any of my friends or family members.

He did not care about the rules with coronavirus neither does his his employees The nurse that did my intake in the examining room on the computer heard my concerns about the mask not being worn and said to me if you want I can put on a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable. Why couldn't this doctor do that why couldn't he say that to me he is totally breaking the rules this is why the Corona virus still exists the way it does in this country not even the doctors want to cooperate or respect the rules he is a cardiologist you would think that he would want to protect his patients who are the most vulnerable. I will never go back there again he had no regard that I was in pain and turned his back on me refusing me care because I refused to accept during these presidential times that I wanted him to wear a mask to protect myself as well as everyone else. He should be really ashamed of himself and so should his staff I will take this even further I'm filing complaints against them with the covid hotline and the department of health and CDC he has no right to endanger other people's lives he is a physician he should know better.

Based on the excellent reviews I made an appointment with this cardiologist. However, when I arrived the waiting room was NOT set up for social distancing. Then the MA who called me back did not have a mask on and when I asked why she stated that the doctor does not require it. I then asked if the doctor wears a mask and was told no. I immediately said I had to leave as that I did not feel safe. As I was leaving I noticed 2 female workers behind the desk not wearing a mask.

Worst experience of my life! First, I was told 3 different appointment times. Second, I was handed a bottle of water and was told to "walk" around the building until the doctor was ready for my procedure. After aimlessly walking around for 30min I went back to the doctors door, which was locked, and continued to knock on it for 10min AND called, nobody answered! I decided to go home because I didn't know what was going on. The office never called me to tell me what happened! About 2wks later I received a bill in the mail for $150 - NO CALL/NO SHOW charge!!!!!!! This office is so unprofessional and try to rob people! They will NEVER get that money from me.... I wouldn't recommend this office or doctor to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Yea! Doctor Totonelly runs a small, personal practice in Fishkill. His staff Marie and Angela are responsive and friendly. He performed multiple vein procedures on my leg and did a great job.

This physician is an excellent choice for a new patient seeking to find a cardiologist with over 30 years experience. He has worked in urban and rural settings. He takes the time to listen to the patient, so as to make a correct determination of the patients medical needs. The office staff is friendly an pays attention to details. This is not the doctor who will spend only 5 minutes with a patient like the bigger cardiology offices.This is hometown care..
