My whole family goes to Gentle Dental Care. They are the best, and we trust their advice.

Dr. Jeremy Poynter is not only a great dentist but a great person. He and his staff are super encouraging and compassionate. I had a tooth extracted today and under the circumstances, it was a FANTASTIC experience.

My family absolutely loves Gentle Dental! They are great with my younger children, and are the nicest people! They go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and my kids have even told me that they “want cavities” so they can go see Dr. Phil and Dr. Jeremy! Our kiddo has had some pretty traumatic dental history and has always hated going to the dentist, until we found Dr. Jeremy! He has been such a huge blessing to our family, especially our kids!

Staff and Dr Jeremy made tge decision for my crown very easy. Truly gentle dentistry.

I have been going to Dr Poynter for 25 years for a reason. The service is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this place. I have had experiences with both Phil and Jeremy. Both are truly amazing. Great dentists and great people. 100% recommend them.

First visit and my mother was extremely pleased with Dr.Poynter. He explained everything very well to myself and my mother. This place is a place I'd recommend to anyone who needs denture work as well as regular dental care - very happy ????!!!!!

The office is very cozy and relaxing, the dental assistant was very nice and Jeremy was also very nice and thorough. Not only was he nice, he also did great work. It was a great experience and the price was very fair!

My family has been patients at Gentle Dental for years and we've always had first rate service and care. But a dental emergency this weekend really showed what a caring and selfless business this is. On Friday - when the office is closed - my wife painfully lost a filling, just before a major production she was directing. After contacting Dr. (Jeremy) Poynter (who is out on medical leave), we discovered Dr. (Phil) Poynter was out of town for the day. During the show that night, my wife received a message, that Dr. Phil and his technician Sherry would meet her at the shop, AFTER the show at 9pm! They got her patched up and ready for a very busy weekend. You just don't see that kind of service - and kindness - like you used to. So, our hat is off to Dr. Phil and the entire Gentle Dental crew. Great job and very friendly staff!

Dr. Jeremy is extremely thorough when providing information and explaining the best options for treatment. His friendly demeanor and calming approach has been so helpful for my children’s appointments. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental care.

Very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Phil are always very nice and informative. They treat you like family and give you the best care! I have seen them many times come out and get on the floor and play with kids if they are upset or nervous. I’ve seen them tease the teenagers and answer all the parents questions. What an amazing group of people! I've never had a better dental experience! And mine was a bit of an emergency. I was met by all smiles and people who genuinely cared! Dr. Phil was hands down the best Dentist I've ever experienced!

I had such an amazing experience at Gentle Dental today. Currently 7 months pregnant and a was having serious nerve pain extending into my jaw. I got to see Phil the day I called asking for an appointment (yesterday), and after the assessment he elected to come in early the following morning to give me the root canal I needed. He was so caring throughout the process and clearly explained everything that was needed. I will absolutely be using Gentle Dental for all my future dental work. Jeremy takes the time to explain what is going on, he is a great dentist and a very transparent business owner.

Dr. Jeremy Poynter is not only a great dentist, he is also one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. He goes above and beyond for his patients and always treats them as family.

I have a horrible case of white coat syndrome in which I am terrified of medical professionals and still this dentist and his amazing staff took such good care of me I got tons of work done that would make anyone cringe yet with this dentist and his staff's help I made it through and am so happy now worth every penny. I know how scary it is to go to the dentist for anything but these guys are so amazing he even has some great comforting tricks that really work to put you at ease and get you through also hardly any pain at all and I had some serious stuff done lol anyways I highly recommend this office for any and all of your dental needs they are an incredible team that will guide you pleasantly through something that would otherwise be unbearably unpleasant. I feel a little pain but mostly I just feel grateful for them and all they did for me!!! Worth the stress and the money!!!! They will take care of you, you just have to get up the guts to get through the front door they'll get you through the rest!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. So far in 40 years I have lived in 3 states and I have learned it is worth a road trip or even a flight to keep this man as my go-to dentist. Just his opinion is worth my travels and no, I am not related!
