She is the absolute worst physician I have ever been to! Where do I even begin! She treats her patients like "customers" in the sense that, how will she financially benefit from me rather than someone who needs to listen to her patients and care for them. So it's been some years since I've seen doctor jayatilaka, when I did she was still at the Ortonville McLaren location. I had previously been assigned to dr. Usha Modi who insisted on messing with my anxiety meds that I've been on for years and cut me down to one pill from for a day. Dr. Alex said that makes zero sense and put me on a higher milligram 2 times a day. Awful worst experience ever. Doesn’t care about your health what so ever. Hung up on me and told me to go to VA.

Caught contradicting herself multiple times. Cold, uncaring bedside manner; she made me very uncomfortable and untrusting of her.
