Less like “going to the dentist” and more like visiting friends with a dental checkup on the side. Comfortable surroundings that will make it easy for those whose past dental experiences have been less than ideal at other offices.

Worst dentist office I've ever been to. Protected Health information is left out for everyone to see in every room. The appointment book information was left up on the computer in the room and I could see the name of every patient being seen that day plus what they were being seen for. I was left waiting in that room for over 40 minutes alone and when she finally came in to glue back on a crown, she told me she wouldn't do it unless she could take X-rays. She said it would be "against MY dentist code" to put the crown back on without X-rays. I could see on the piece of paper with my appointment information on it, she was planning to take X-rays and bill them after the first of the year. VERY SKETCHY BILLING PRACTICES in my opinion. I left and told her me and my children would be finding another dentist.

I love, love ,love Dr. Deal and the entire staff. They are so friendly and professional. They were very good in detailing every procedure that needed to be done. I HIGHLY recommend using Dr. Deal for any of your dental needs!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Deal and the staff take time to explain things and answer questions. They are great at scheduling around school and college schedules. We highly recommend Dr Rachel Deal and her staff.

I had a very great experience at Dr. Rachel Deals office. The doctor and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to her office.

My son has been to 3 different dentist, Dr Deal is the only one he has been excited to go see. She is wonderful with him and i couldn't be more happy. My son is 5 years old and has Sensory Processing Disorder, so anything noisy, different or new he doesn't do well with but Dr Deal puts him at ease.
