No Knock to Dr. King, I’ve heard she’s nothing but capable and professional. However, her (receptionist) and staff are sub par, rude and lack the basic communication skills of even a decent human being. My wife is a patient there and every time she goes to an appointment she never has a pleasant encounter with the staff. Last thing is since my wife is a patient, and even thought she doesn’t like the staff she enjoys Dr. King, we set my son up through Tri Care with Dr. King as his primary care manager, it was relayed from their office to Tri care that they are taking new patients. When I call to make my sons appointment I was told that they will not see him period, they are not taking in any more patients. Fast forward 2 weeks they take in a new toddler and new born, because their family are patients there. But won’t take my son even though my wife has been a patient for years. If I could give this place no stars I would. I had difficulty with my first child and messed up her birthday on forms and when I tried to change them I got screamed at by one of the nurses. I just called to get my daughter's shot records and of course I was welcomed with more attitude. I had a 3rd degree tear and I was so sleep deprived and all I could do was sit in my car and cry after my daughter's first appointment. They need better hold on their assistant nurses. I love them ALL!!

I called in my daughter's script on Thursday, explained the importance to have it filled as my child's insurance was lapsing temporarily and I needed it filled before the first. I was told "No Problem, we will get that called in today". When I went on Saturday to pick up the medication it had NOT been called in, and the answering service refused to help me.( Dumb me assumed when you call a script in it actually get's filled) I called 3 times over 4 hours. Today, I called the office VERY upset (called at 8 - waited 3 hours and then had to call back because clearly no one wanted to deal with this) to only be told they are "super busy" and "understaffed" and that they apologize but there was nothing to do to help. My daughter takes medication that is designed for A.D.D and MUST have them in order to perform. They went from 10 dollars to 150 dollars and now I am not able to get her filled. The lack of care or actual remorse for their mistake that will impact my child's ability to learn

Dr. King is one of the best! I hated to have to move and leave her. She has cared for my son since he was a toddler. He is now 13. I never had a bad experience with her, in fact, only positive experiences. I highly recommend her!

I like Dr King the times I went with my daughter to take my grandson, but today we were about 10 mins late (my fault) & they wouldn't see him. Said they had marked him a no show. I could understand if the waiting room was packed, but there was like 2 other people. I understand the importance of being on time but they don't have a problem with you waiting on them. Dr. King is the best pediatrician that I have ever taken my kids to. Her staff is wonderful and I feel heard when I share my concerns about my child. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for awesome care for their child.

Best doctor and best staff. So proud we found Dr King. Very thankful for this office.
