DON'T GO HERE!!!! This place is a joke. I have been coming here since my daughter was born in march 2020 in October of 2020 she stated there was a problem with my insurance. I called my insurance to see if there were any billing problems, there were not. She sent my bill to collections. I had to have my insurance send a letter stating that i have insurance at the time of the visit. This is the most disrespectful argumentative doctor I have ever seen. We are new parents. Rachel made us feel comfortable by answering all our questions. She seems very knowledgeable in her practice. The atmosphere was quiet and decorated with cute Disney decor. We cannot wait to go back for another appointment!

Dr. Zylberberg has seen my son and daughter from birth. She is very attentive when my son was sick multiple times with ears infections. She is friendly, nice and very informative. Would highly recommend! Thanks for everything Doc!

Dr. Rachel saved my premature daughters life almost 28 years ago . Without her hands on care we would have lost her. She now cares for my Grandson. Wonderful Doctor!!!!

Dr. Rachel has been apart of our lives for 23 years! She has been amazing to work with all these years. My sons have felt comfortable talking to her. When I have had concerns, she was always been attentive and listened to me to understand my point of view. I appreciate her patience when dealing with my insurance company. This clinic is joke! Not good service they provide.

Dr. Rachel has been the most disrespectful and arrogant doctor that I have ever seen. Very disappointed that I had to leave the office with my sick child because of her attitude! Not acceptable! Wont recommend!

The older front desk lady is very rude .... I walked in said good morning how are you ! Her reply what you want what are you looking for smh so unprofessional I have no clue why Dr Rachel Zylberberg hires her someone like that will make your business look bad with that negative ???????? attitude.

Great place to have your children checked out. Very personal and hands on experience by the doctor.

My son was a patient here from birth to 18 years old. She is one of the best pediatricians in Columbus , Ohio. In an emergency situation involving a concussion , she acted swiftly to get the care my son needed. Highly recommend Rachel Zylberberg MD .

Not only did it take her over an hour to call me back after I called twice to the on call emergency line, but once I brought my daughter to her she recommended blood work, and she didn’t know what she was doing ! She used the same needle and re inserted it twice in her wrist, not only did she have to reinsert it she just kept fishing and wiggling it around?!? She wasn’t even able to successfully do it and I had to step in and tell her to stop and that we were done. We then proceeded to leave. She didn’t know how to take blood, I’m so upset and have never seen someone treat an adult like that none the less a child! This wasn’t only traumatic for me but for my daughter, how is she suppose to trust a doctor now when she put her through that? I’m furious she was so incompetent.and my child had to be the one to suffer at her hands . we won’t be back ever again, and we had been here for 2 years and this was the first serious thing we needed her help with, and I’m extremely disappointed. I have been going to Dr. Zylberberg since i was born. I am now 18 and still love the atmosphere and quick service!

Dr. Rachel Zylberberg is a fantastic pediatrician. We love coming here because its most of the time very calm ing for our little one.
