Rafael Lao

At my wife’s appointment Dr Lao refused to let me go back in the exam room with my wife. He said there was a federal law against it. I told him in the last 3 months we had been to doctors from Evansville to Indianapolis and every one had allowed me to stay with my wife. He said they run their office the way they want and he would run his office the way he wanted. He is now running his office his way without us.

Dr. Lao is a very kind and caring man who treats his patients as if they were family. He is an expert in his field. His staff are all also very kind and caring, and very professional like Dr. Lao. Dr. Lao takes the time to explain to you what his diagnosis is, and what it means, and what you can do to help yourself to stay healthy. He also keeps on top of what your other doctors(if any) are doing for your care. He confers with them when need be. I cannot praise this man enough on how he treats his patients.
