Dr. Rafael Augusto Rios II

New patient. 30 min behind due to over booking after appt was confirmed and I was asked to be here early for paperwork. When I asked if the Dr was behind I was told no yet when I get pulled back he is behind. Zero regard for anyone's time.

Dr. Rios is very knowledgeable and has the expertise to treat even the most severe injuries. After my rear end accident he helped me recover from serious lower back and neck pain. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I've been going to see Dr Rafael Rios for two months now and he has completely eliminated my lower back pain. He is the real deal and I recommend him to anyone seeking relief from back pain.

I really like this place, the doctor takes the time to listen to you. The staff is really attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The first time I went in, the doctor examined me and pinpointed all the areas where I have injuries. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and has been treating me in those areas. The staff is very nice & welcoming. Doctor Rios Sr & Jr are very nice & welcoming as well. The atmosphere is pleasant. It seems to be helping my fiance out. LOVE it & STRONGLY recommend it!

Dc Rafael Rios Sr and Dc Rafael Rios Jr. have been a tremendous part of my Running Inspiration and career. I have run several popular Marathons (26.2 miles) Los Angeles, Sandiego, Las Vegas, Boston and others. I met them both back in 2002 I came to their office in Pomona CA, with chronic Pain in my right Arch I could hardly walk, my General Doctor suggest I should have surgery to file the a bone unde my foot, DC Rios took a look at it and recommended Orthotics and that was the beginning from a Doctor to a Real friend, this guy's are not just bone crackers they understand All levels of needs from a headache to hip pain, I have incorporate to my running training a consistenly treatment from DC Rios to matain my body at 53 years well balance. Love this office!! Staff is super nice and the doctors are awesome. I found them when I needed to go after a car accident and I've been going ever since for just routine adjustments. My kids all go now for maintenance. Highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Rios has helped me with chronic low back pain. He has, like no other person I have seen, been able to relieve my constant discomfort, assess the problems I have that cause the pain, and effectively work on correcting my postural, muscular, and skeletal imbalances. I was referred to Dr Rios from a friend. I had such horrible back pain and was using a cane that morning and when I left his office I ALMOST felt like I could skip out. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. The office staff was very nice. It was busy in there with many returning patients so that made me very happy.

I went for an appointment with Dr. Rios and he was there when I arrived. I waited in my room for a very long time (30-45 minutes). I came out to ask where the doctor was and I was told that he had gone to Home Depot to have keys made. I was never seen but still billed. I received very berating and abusive phone calls saying my account was going to collections. Seriously!!!!! And he feels he still has the right to critique other doctors? Really!!!! Dr. Rafael Rios II at Pomona Valley Chiropractic Clinic is simply AWESOME! I've seen various chiropractors in the past, but I have never seen one so thorough and more interested in the treatment and correction of his patients complaints. Dr. Rios is focused not only on making you feel better right now, but more importantly on fixing the issues you have so you can become whole again. I came in for my first visit today. I was so tense and stiff in my neck, shoulders and back. My life is super busy and stressful with full-time work and school and my health gets neglected. Dr. Rios knew just what to do. I have never been treated so thoroughly. The technology he uses is state of the art and simply amazing. His hands are wonderful as well!
