Dr. Raj has been my physician for years now and is always friendly and to the point. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Wellspan since the day I was born, I have always received the most amazing care until I was give Rajesh K Nallapati as my doctor. I was seen in the office today and was completely ignored, as if I was being a burden. I was told that I should go to the ER or see somebody else if I am getting frequent UTI’s or “just deal with them”. I then began to try and explain some symptoms that I had been experiencing that personally were worrying me, he completely ignored me and told me “you signed up for an appointment to get tested for a UTI, That is a 15 minute Appointment” ... prior to even knowing if they were related or not. As I began to get upset and breakdown because he was ignoring my questions and I felt helpless, he then asked if I was depressed... no I am not depressed, I was that emotionally overwhelmed that I left my dr office with no answers and in tears.. having to return to work that way. I was able to speak to the manager, Sharon who was amazing, however the care I received today was in no way appropriate, I myself work in healthcare and cannot believe what I experienced today. My daughter went in to be seen for a uti and Rajesh K Nallapati is the doctor she was given to see. He was extremely rude and told her not to come in for a uti unless she had more symptoms then what she had. However, she has had them before and knows the early signs of them. The office did test her urine and she tested POSITIVE for a uti ! Since my daughter and myself both work in healthcare we know the importance of early detection and this was unacceptable comments from a doctor ! He expressed that if she had a uti concern she should have went to the ED to be seen. I can tell you that is not preferred method for early symptoms of a uti. Further more when she asked him a question about other symptoms that she having and was unsure of if it was related to her uti or not, like, dizziness, nausea, weakness, tiredness ect his response was that she was only there to be seen for a uti and he was not there to help her with other symptoms. I am really taken back by the treatment she received since we have used Wellspan doctors since she was born and my other children do as well. I know they hold high standards and we are shocked and so I would not recommend this doctor to anyone ! He has a horrible bedside manner and is not concerned for patients ! Dr. Nallapati is a wonderful doctor. He has been my doctor for several years and I have never been given any reason to complain. The conditions that he himself does not treat he has sent me to the best of the best to cover all my medical conditions and needs. He is polite, courteous, and kind. He takes time to listen and answer questions...and I am thankful for the care I receive at his practice.

Very nice IM Dr. Dx me on first visit after many years of misdiagnosis by family dr.

Best Dr in Wellspan Health System. Takes excellent care of my husband who had multiple medical conditions

Horrible bedside manner. He treated my daughter with disrespect and was not interested in hearing what she had to say.

I was treated poorly, spoken to with disrespect and no true cause assessment or follow up was communicated. It was implied that I was there for drugs and was faking my symptoms. My expectations aren't unreasonable. I simply desire a friendly genuinely interested doctor. I will not want want to be seen or treated by this doctor again.
